We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent need for finances. Father God, You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust in Your faithfulness to meet every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). We ask that You open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing so great that there will not be room enough to receive it (Malachi 3:10). Lord, we rebuke the spirit of lack and poverty in the name of Jesus, for You came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10).
We pray for wisdom and discernment in managing the resources You provide. Help this dear one to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33). Guide their steps to opportunities for honest work and provision, and give them the strength and perseverance to walk in integrity.
Lord, if there are areas where fear or anxiety has taken root, we ask that You replace those lies with Your perfect peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). Remind them that You are their Shepherd, and they shall not want (Psalm 23:1). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
We also encourage this beloved child of God to examine their heart and life to ensure there is no unconfessed sin or disobedience that may be hindering their blessings. If there is, we pray for repentance and restoration, for You are faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).
Above all, we pray that this trial would draw them closer to You, deepening their faith and trust in Your goodness. May they find their true treasure in You, for where their treasure is, there their heart will be also (Matthew 6:21).

Make me a wise and trustworthy steward over all You have and will bless me with. Teach me how to shop wisely. God stretch my dollars. Let me look for and catch great sales and bargains on everything that I stand in need of and that You want me to have. Let me always pray over all my spending, purchases, and giving. Let me always wait until I get an okay from You to spend or give. God don’t let me buy anything I don’t need, or You don’t want me to have. Teach me how to make a budget and stick to that budget. God help me, make me, and remind me to pay all my bills on time. And God don’t let the things You have blessed me with wear out until Your timing.
