I ask that you pray for a healing of yourself. That you may realize you are a spiritual being, and you are connected to every other person. To hate another, be angry with another, or be unforgiving towards another, is to do this to yourself. To wish ill will on another, spread gossip, talk meanly in any way is to do so to yourself. If we looked at another as if we were looking in a mirror, if we did to another as we would like done to us if we were in their situation, think of what a difference we could make in this world. Do unto others, as you would have done unto you. If you really think about this, chances are you will see how are words, actions and thoughts negatively affect our fellow souls, whom are loved equally by our creator. We are all like fighting children trying to out do our brothers and sisters by every trivial means possible. Please pray for yourself, and meditate on this.
