For A Happy Boss

I ask that you please help me pray that things get better at work. I am blessed with a job, but things with my boss are getting worse. I have been working at the same job for over 10 yrs, but my boss's constant negativity and unfairness is really getting the best of me. She is so mean and condecending. She is very unfair not just to me but so many of other employees. Please pray that my job is protected and that the lord enters her mind and soul for her to become a happy person and much better to be with. Its becoming so hard to go to work and have to deal with such negativity and hurt.

Father God,I ask that you would bless Jessey at her job and I ask that her boss be fair and kind to her. Lord,I pray you would strengthen her faith and draw her into a deeper relationship with you and show her your favor. In Jesus name. Amen.

You need to be as pleasant as possible. Wear a smile on your face even when being attacked and you need to be joyful and when spoken to, be nice and calm and even when you want to scream and pull your hair out. Ask the Lord to enter his voice for you. He will speak for you and you will be protected and this boss will see the error of their ways. The boss will want what you have. Start praying for your boss, maybe she's getting much worse at home and she takes it out on you at work. Pray for her and speak God's favor over her life and yours will get better.God Bless

THank you so much for your prayers. I will continue to pray for her, for I do know she is going through hard times as well. I pray that she feels peace within her and let the Lord move her for a much better work place and life. I also need to ask that I have the patience needed and the right words and attitude. I pray that I am an instrument of peace and righteouness.
