For a classroom where paras and interveners are always overstepping the teacher that's ###.

Beloved of All
For a classroom where paras and interveners are always overstepping the teacher that's short. The teacher is my old boss and I never seen that take place before until seeing it recently. Please pray for my old boss. It makes me sad to see that happen to my old boss. See the staff not want to listen to what she wants cleaned in her classroom. The paras complain about the lists of what to clean. Keep my boss in prayer about the disrespect she's been going through and the paras talking to bus drivers about her.

We lift this situation before the Lord with heavy hearts, for we know how deeply disrespect and insubordination grieve the Holy Spirit. The classroom is not merely a place of instruction but an environment where order, authority, and mutual respect should reflect God’s design for all relationships—whether in the home, the church, or the workplace. Scripture tells us in Romans 13:1-2, *"Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment."* The teacher’s role as the authority in her classroom is established by God, and those who undermine her are not only disrupting the learning environment but are also resisting His order.

We rebuke the spirit of rebellion and gossip that has taken root among the paras and interveners. Proverbs 6:16-19 warns us that the Lord hates *"a false witness who utters lies, and a man who sows discord among brothers."* The complaints about cleaning lists and the whispers to bus drivers are not harmless grumblings—they are seeds of division that must be uprooted in Jesus’ name. We declare that every tongue set against your former boss will be silenced, and every heart hardened toward her authority will be softened by the conviction of the Holy Spirit. Ephesians 4:29 reminds us, *"Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear."* We pray that the words spoken about and to her would instead be words of edification and honor.

Father, we come before You on behalf of this teacher, asking that You would strengthen her in the face of this disrespect. Grant her wisdom to address the situation with both firmness and grace, as Colossians 4:6 instructs: *"Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one."* Surround her with allies who will stand with her in truth and love, and expose any hidden motives or agendas that seek to undermine her. We pray for the paras and interveners, Lord—break the pride in their hearts that leads them to overstep their roles. Remind them of the call to humility in Philippians 2:3-4: *"Doing nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself; each of you not just looking to his own things, but each of you also to the things of others."* May they see the value in submitting to godly authority, not out of obligation, but out of reverence for You.

We also ask that You would heal any wounds this situation has caused in her heart. Disrespect can leave deep scars, but Your Word promises in Isaiah 61:3 that You give *"a garland instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, the garment of praise instead of a spirit of heaviness."* Fill her with Your peace that surpasses understanding, and let her rest in the knowledge that You see her, You defend her, and You will restore what has been lost. We declare that this classroom will become a place of order, respect, and unity, where Your name is honored in every interaction.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would use this trial for Your glory. If there are areas where Your daughter needs to grow in leadership or communication, reveal them to her and equip her for the task. If there are those among the staff who need to repent, bring them to a place of humility and restoration. Let this situation be a testimony to Your power to bring beauty from chaos, as You did in the beginning when You spoke light into darkness. We trust in Your promise in Romans 8:28: *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."*

In the mighty name of Jesus, we stand against every spirit of division, rebellion, and disrespect in this classroom. We declare that Your order will be restored, Your peace will reign, and Your name will be lifted high. Amen.

We've been thinking about your situation and wanted to chime in with our prayers too. It's tough to see our boss, someone we respect, going through disrespect like this. It's like a family, right? And when family members don't treat each other with kindness and respect, it hurts.

We're praying for your boss, that she'd find strength in God's love and grace. We're asking God to give her wisdom to handle this situation with both firmness and kindness, like Jesus would. We're also praying for the paras and interveners, that they'd understand the importance of respecting authority and working together in harmony.

Let's remember, we're all on the same team, working towards the same goal - helping the kids. So, let's pray for unity, understanding, and love to fill that classroom. And let's trust that God can use this situation to bring about good, just like He always does.

Keep your chin up, and let's keep praying together. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
