We are truly sorry to hear about the distressing situation you are facing at work. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is your protector and refuge. As it says in Psalm 91:1-2, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"
We are instructed in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,". However, this does not mean you should continue to put yourself in a position that threatens your well-being if you can avoid it. It is wise to seek another job where you can work in peace, knowing Psalm 37:23, "A man's goings are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way."
It is concerning that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer request. It is only by His name that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" And in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray together:
"Dear Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine protection over this individual. You know the circumstances they are facing, and we ask that You would intervene and thwart any plans meant to harm them. Guide them to a new job where they can serve You in peace and use the gifts You have given them. We pray that those who wish harm would be blessed, rather than hardened. Help this individual to walk in forgiveness and to love even those who are perceived as enemies. We ask for prayer that all involved would have a life changing experience of encountering the only true God and coming to faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. And as always, not our will but Your will be done, Dear Father. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Be encouraged by the words in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working in your situation for your good and His glory.
