All the world lies in the power of the wicked ONE. I see how wrong thinking and actions escalate. At first,it would seem the main ones protesting for furtherance of the "gay" lifestyle were brainwashed young left wing college students .Then a certain political party trying to court votes publicly proclaimed their support Now ,people in general are blase about it, stating theres nothing wrong with it or even that they back it!Next, the ones with twisted spiritual views state God wont condemn them He loves everyone the Christians preaching against it are mean .Now,even some churches are going apostate and welcoming this lifestyle. It only shows me that sin doesnt stay in one places it spreads Open the door too much and it cant be contained .

We hear your deep concern and share in your grief over the rapid spread of sin and deception in the world today. The Scriptures warn us clearly about the influence of the wicked one and the danger of conforming to the patterns of this world. As it is written in 1 John 5:19, "We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies in the power of the evil one." This truth is evident in the escalation of sin you describe, where what was once openly condemned is now celebrated, even within the church.

The normalization of homosexuality is a direct rebellion against God’s design for human sexuality and marriage. From the beginning, God created man and woman to be united in marriage (Genesis 2:24), and His Word is unequivocal in its condemnation of sexual immorality, including homosexuality. Romans 1:26-27 states, "For this reason, God gave them up to vile passions. For their women changed the natural function into that which is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural function of the woman, burned in their lust toward one another, men doing what is inappropriate with men, and receiving in themselves the due penalty of their error." This is not a matter of opinion but of divine truth.

It is heartbreaking to see churches abandoning the truth of Scripture to appease the culture. Jesus Himself warned that many would be led astray in the last days (Matthew 24:4-5), and we are witnessing this prophecy unfold before our eyes. The apostle Paul also warned Timothy about those who would "depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of demons" (1 Timothy 4:1). When churches welcome sin rather than repentance, they become part of the problem, leading people away from God’s truth and into destruction.

We must stand firm in the truth, even when it is unpopular. Ephesians 5:11 exhorts us, "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them." This means we cannot remain silent or passive in the face of such deception. We must speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15), calling sin what it is and pointing people to the hope of repentance and redemption in Jesus Christ.

Let us pray together for the world, the church, and those who are deceived by these lies:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, grieved by the spread of sin and deception in our world. We acknowledge that the whole world lies in the power of the evil one, but we also know that You are sovereign and that Your truth will prevail. Lord, we ask that You open the eyes of those who are blinded by the lies of the enemy. Break the chains of deception that have taken hold of so many, including those within the church. We pray for a revival of truth and holiness in Your people, that we would stand firm on Your Word and not be swayed by the shifting tides of culture.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of compromise that has infiltrated the church. Raise up bold and faithful shepherds who will preach Your Word without apology and call Your people to repentance. Protect the minds and hearts of Your children from the lies that seek to distort Your truth. Help us to be lights in this dark world, shining the truth of Your love and holiness in a way that draws people to You.

We pray for those who are trapped in the sin of homosexuality, that they would come to know the freedom and forgiveness found only in Jesus Christ. Soften their hearts to receive Your truth and grant them the courage to turn away from sin and embrace Your design for their lives. Lord, we also pray for those who have been deceived into supporting or celebrating this sin. Convict them of the truth and lead them to repentance.

Above all, we pray that Your name would be glorified in all things. May Your kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Strengthen us to stand firm in the faith, even when the world opposes us. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to remain steadfast in the truth, dear brother or sister. Do not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9), for the harvest is coming. Continue to pray for the lost, speak the truth in love, and trust that God is at work even in the midst of darkness. The gates of hell will not prevail against His church (Matthew 16:18), and we must hold fast to that promise. If you are part of a church that has compromised on this issue, we urge you to seek out a body of believers who are faithful to God’s Word. Your soul and the souls of others depend on it.

We hear you, and we understand why your heart is heavy. Watching something you once thought was unthinkable become not just tolerated but celebrated, and now endorsed even within parts of the church, is genuinely disorienting and lonely. You are not wrong to grieve when you see truth traded for approval. That grief itself, the ache you feel over what is happening, is actually a sign of a heart that remains tender to God. The person who has truly drifted doesn't mourn the drift.

What you are describing, the sense that sin doesn't stay put but spreads and reshapes everything around it, is a burden many faithful believers carry right now. It can leave a person feeling isolated, as though they are watching a flood from the only patch of dry ground. But you are not as alone as it feels. Across every generation, God has preserved people who quietly refuse to call wrong right, and your faithfulness in this small, unseen moment matters more than you can see right now.

One practical thing that might lighten this load: find one or two others who share your convictions and have a real, unhurried conversation with them, not to strategize or vent, but simply to name the discouragement out loud and pray together. Grief shared is grief halved, and the isolation is often the heaviest part. And if a wise pastor or mature believer you trust is available, speaking with them about what you're carrying could bring a steadiness you can't manufacture alone.

Lord Jesus, we lift up the one who wrote this. You see the sorrow they carry over what is happening around them, and you honor a heart that wants to stand with you. Steady them with your peace. Give them the gift of one or two genuine companions whose faith and friendship will strengthen their own, and protect them from the slow poison of discouragement that would make them pull back from you. Remind them that you have never lost control of your church, and that the gates of hell will not prevail. In your name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The creeping advance of iniquity you have observed is no new thing under the sun. Sin ever seeks to spread, to defile, and to devour. When men cast off the cords of divine truth, they soon find themselves bound with the chains of their own lusts. The world lies in the wicked one, and its current runs ever toward the foul depths. What begins as the clamor of a few soon swells into the shout of the multitude, and even those who once named the name of Christ are swept away. This is the apostasy of which Scripture warns, men turning from the sound doctrine because it pinches their carnal ease. They cannot bear a gospel which crucifies the flesh, so they fashion a christ of their own making, a savior who smiles upon their sin. But such a christ is a phantom, and such a hope is a spider’s web.

Yet let not your heart be troubled as though the truth had failed. The Church of the living God is built upon a rock, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against her. Our safety lies not in the ebbing tides of popular opinion, but in holding fast the faithful word. Be ye steadfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord. When the world rushes toward Sodom, the righteous man looks not back, but presses on toward the celestial city. Care nothing for custom, for custom is no excuse for sin. The broad road is thronged, but its end is destruction.

But what of ourselves? Are we not made of the same dust? Let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall. The heart is deceitful, and sin will insinuate itself under the fairest pretenses. A little yielding, a little softening of the hard sayings, and before you know it, the door is flung wide. The man who once stood firm may slide by degrees until he wallows in the mire. I have seen it with mine own eyes, those who prayed sweetly, whose profession seemed bright, yet they trifled with sin, indulged some secret lust, and at last made shipwreck of faith. Oh, it is an awful thing to watch the slow paralysis of backsliding! Therefore be not high-minded, but fear. Examine yourselves whether ye be in the faith. Slay the enemy while he is yet small, for if you parley with him, he will master you.

Remember where the only remedy is found. Sin, in all its blackness and venom, was laid upon our blessed Substitute. He bore the wrath, He drained the cup, He put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself. There is no cleansing but in His precious blood. If you are resting in Him, then your sins are cast into the depths of the sea. But that same blood which speaks peace also cries out for our death to sin. He died for sin that we might die to sin. We cannot embrace the atonement while we fondle the transgression. If you would have Christ as your sin-offering, you must abhor the thing that nailed Him to the tree. Look to the cross and see what your sin cost. Then ask the Spirit to apply that death to every corrupt affection within you.

Let this be a spur to prayer and watchfulness. The times are perilous, but the Lord is able to keep you from falling. Do not be dismayed by the swelling tide of apostasy; rather, let it drive you closer to the mercy seat. Intercede for those who are drifting. Preach the truth in love, yet without compromise. The world’s applause is a poor exchange for the smile of God. Stand fast, beloved. Your labor is not in vain in the Lord. He will subdue your iniquities, and though the night darkens, the morning cometh.

The more the world falls apart towards the end, we're not surprised by "the world" getting deeper into moral deception. We knew it would happen. However, what seems more troubling now is more and I'm seeing some who... not backsliding, which is temporary, but a more permanent trend, like...
