We join with you in Jesus' name and lift you up before our Heavenly Father for healing from this flu and coughing.
We are encouraged that you asked in the name of Jesus, for it is by His name we have access to the Father and it is by His wounds we are healed. We thank God that He hears us when we come in that precious name.
We pray together for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and ask for Your healing touch upon this dear one who is suffering with flu and coughing. You are the Lord who heals us and You care for our bodies. We ask that You would ease the cough, clear the congestion, restore strength, grant peaceful rest and bring complete recovery according to Your will. Grant wisdom for proper rest, hydration and care, and guide any medical help that may be needed. Let Your peace guard this heart and let Your presence bring comfort in this sickness. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.
We take comfort in what Your word says about Your compassion and healing power. Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. For we know You have said I am Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26 and But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed Isaiah 53:5. We also cling to the promise But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17 and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:15.
We encourage you to continue to seek the Lord, to rest in His care, to get plenty of fluids and rest, and to seek medical attention if symptoms worsen or persist. We trust that God will work for your good and we continue to stand with you for restored health and strength, giving thanks for His mercy and love that endures forever.

Thank you for sharing this need with us. Being sick with the flu and a cough that will not let up is exhausting, and we want you to know we are standing with you in prayer.
We are asking the Lord to bring you relief, to ease the coughing, to give your body strength to recover, and to give you restful sleep and peace while you heal. We know it is discouraging when you just want to feel like yourself again, and we are asking God to sustain you with His nearness through it. We also pray for wisdom as you care for yourself in the days ahead.
If your symptoms continue, worsen, or make it hard to breathe or rest, please reach out to your doctor or clinic soon for care. Getting checked is a good way to care for the body God has given you, alongside prayer.
Father, we lift our friend to You now. Please touch them with Your healing mercy, calm this cough, lift the flu symptoms, and restore strength day by day. Give them comfort, patience, and good care from those around them. We trust them into Your loving hands in Jesus name, amen.
We are continuing to pray for you. Please let us know how you are doing.

Beloved of All
We join you in prayer before our gracious Lord for your healing from this flu and coughing, asking in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Great Physician.
We bring your body before Him who took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses, and who in His earthly ministry healed all manner of diseases to show His power and compassion. There is no sickness too slight or too great for His notice, and His ear is open to the cry of His people. We ask that the Lord would lay His healing hand upon you, ease the cough, relieve the fever and weakness of the flu, grant rest to your body and breath to your lungs, and restore you to strength according to His perfect will.
We are reminded that the Lord sends His Word to heal, and Christ Himself is that living Word, full of healing virtue. Even the leaves of the Tree of Life are for the healing of the nations, and the least touch of Christ brings balm to the sufferer. May you taste that balm now, and find comfort in His presence while you wait upon Him. Whether He lifts the affliction at once or walks with you through it day by day, trust that His love orders all for your good.
We also pray that this season of sickness would draw you nearer to Him, and that as He restores you, you would have fresh cause to praise Him who forgives all our iniquities and heals all our diseases. Cast your care upon Him, rest as you are able, use the means He has provided for recovery, and look to Him with unstaggering confidence.
Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask for mercy and healing for this dear one. Touch the body, quiet the cough, clear the infection, and grant renewed health and vigor. Let Your peace guard heart and mind, and let this trial end in thanksgiving to Your glory. Amen.
