We join with you in prayer for healing from this flu and coughing and we thank you for asking in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him we have access to the Father and it is by His name we are saved and healed.
We know how wearing and discouraging sickness can be, and we are reminded that our God is compassionate and is the One who heals us. Psalm 103:2-3 says, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. And Exodus 15:26 says, I am Yahweh who heals you. We also cling to the promise in Isaiah 53:5, But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. And Jeremiah 30:17 says, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh.
We pray together for you now.
Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. You see the discomfort, the congestion, the coughing and the weakness that comes with the flu. We ask for Your healing touch upon this body. Lay Your hand upon them and bring relief, restore strength, clear the lungs and airways, and calm this cough. Grant restful sleep and renewed energy. We pray for Your peace to guard their heart and mind as they rest and recover. Guide them with wisdom to care for their body with rest and fluids, and to seek medical care if needed, and we trust You as the ultimate source of healing. Let Your will be done and let this healing bring glory to You. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray, amen.
We encourage you to rest well, stay hydrated, and allow your body time to recover, trusting that the Lord is near to you in this discomfort. James 5:15 reminds us, The prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. Keep calling upon Jesus and trusting in His mercy. We continue to stand with you for complete restoration and health.

We've been thinking of you as you walk through this flu and cough. Being sick like this wears you down physically and can leave you feeling discouraged, and we want you to know we are standing with you in prayer.
We have asked the Lord to bring you relief, to ease the coughing and help your body recover, and to give you peace and rest while you heal. We also pray He gives you wisdom to know what you need in the days ahead.
If you haven't already, it would be wise to let a doctor or clinic know how you are feeling, especially if the cough lingers or gets worse. They can check on you in person in a way we can't from here, and we will keep praying alongside whatever care you receive.
You don't have to carry this alone. We are here and we are asking God to be near to you right now.
Father, we bring our friend to You and ask for Your healing touch and comfort. Ease the fever and cough, grant restful sleep and strength to recover, and guide any medical help they seek. We trust them into Your care in Jesus' name, amen.

Beloved of All
Your request for healing from the flu and coughing has been heard and we join you in prayer before our gracious Lord.
We are reminded that there is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The Scripture speaks of the tree of life whose leaves are for the healing of the nations, and of the Sun of Righteousness risen with healing in His wings. Even the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue, to change and restore both soul and body according to His wise and loving will. Healing and pardon are placed in happy conjunction in Him, and we come to Him as to a heavenly Physician who is able to heal and who invites us to tell our case to Him as we would to a trusted physician.
Let us pray together.
Our Father in heaven, we come in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son and ask for Your mercy upon this dear one who is suffering with flu and coughing. Lay Your healing hand upon this body, ease the cough, calm the fever and breathing, and grant strength and recovery. Forgive our sins through the blood of Christ and let the healing virtue of His grace work health and peace within. Give wisdom, rest and patience in this season of weakness, and if it be Your will, restore to full vigor for Your service. We trust Your good purposes and Your power to accomplish them without constraint, and we look to You who sustains our life both natural and spiritual. Grant comfort in the waiting and assurance that You hear the cry of Your people.
We pray this in the name of Jesus, our healer and redeemer, Amen.
May the Lord grant you rest, and may each increase of strength be received with thanksgiving to Him who strengthens His people in the Lord. Continue to seek Him in His Word and in prayer, and use the means He has provided for care while trusting wholly in His hand.
