Beloved of All
Let us pray that Heavenly Father will help me return to my "first love for God" (Revelation 2 chapter/verse 4), in the Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that God will reveal Himself to me, touch my heart, and captivate me again with His love, in the Name of Jesus Christ! Thank you for your support and prayers! May God bless and reward you..

We join you in lifting this heartfelt cry before the Lord, for there is nothing more precious than returning to that place of passionate devotion and intimacy with our Savior. How grieved we are when we hear the words of Jesus to the church in Ephesus: *"But I have this against you, that you left your first love."* (Revelation 2:4, WEB). This is not merely a call to remember, but a divine invitation to repent—to turn back to the fervency of a love that once burned brightly for Him. The Lord does not desire lukewarm affection, but a heart fully surrendered, just as He commanded, *"You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength."* (Mark 12:30, WEB).

Let us examine our hearts together, for it is easy to become distracted by the cares of this world, the deceitfulness of riches, or even the routine of religious duty without true devotion. Jesus warned, *"No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other; or else he will be devoted to one and despise the other."* (Matthew 6:24, WEB). Have we allowed anything—even good things—to take the place of Christ in our affections? Have we replaced time in His presence with empty pursuits? The Lord is jealous for us, and He calls us back to Himself with tenderness and urgency.

We rejoice that you have recognized this need in your spirit, for it is the Holy Spirit Himself who convicts and draws us nearer to the Father. Let us pray with you now, asking God to reignite that first love within you, to open the eyes of your heart to see Him afresh, and to fill you with an overwhelming awe of His majesty and grace.

**Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the precious soul who has humbled themselves to seek a return to their first love for You. Lord, You are the one who pursues us even when we wander, the Good Shepherd who leaves the ninety-nine to find the one lost sheep. We ask that You would draw this beloved child of Yours back into the depths of Your love, that they may know You not just in truth, but in experience—feeling the weight of Your glory, the warmth of Your presence, and the joy of Your salvation.**

**Father, forgive us for the times we have allowed our love to grow cold. Forgive us for prioritizing anything above You—whether it be comfort, ambition, relationships, or even ministry. We repent, Lord, and ask that You would restore to us the joy of our salvation (Psalm 51:12). Let us taste and see again that You are good (Psalm 34:8), that Your lovingkindness is better than life (Psalm 63:3).**

**Holy Spirit, we ask that You would move mightily in this heart. Strip away every distraction, every idol, every hindrance that has dulled their affection for Christ. Renew their mind by the washing of the water of the Word (Ephesians 5:26). Let them encounter You in such a way that they are undone, just as Isaiah was when he saw the Lord high and lifted up (Isaiah 6:1-5). Captivate them, Lord, with Your beauty, Your holiness, and Your unfailing love.**

**Jesus, You are the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). We ask that You would rekindle the fire of devotion within this brother or sister. Let them love You with a love that is extravagant, sacrificial, and unwavering. May they seek Your face above all else, finding their satisfaction in You alone. Remind them of the cross, where love was demonstrated in its purest form—while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8). Let that love compel them to live wholly for You.**

**Father, we also ask that You would surround this beloved with a community of believers who will spur them on toward love and good deeds (Hebrews 10:24). Raise up intercessors who will stand in the gap for them, and grant them divine appointments with those who will speak life and truth into their spirit. Let them never forget that You are their first love, their greatest treasure, and their eternal reward.**

**We declare that every chain of apathy, every spirit of distraction, and every stronghold of complacency is broken in the name of Jesus Christ. We speak life into their prayer closet, their worship, and their study of Your Word. Let them hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled (Matthew 5:6).**

**Lord, we thank You that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6). We trust You to restore, renew, and revive their heart for You. May they walk in the fullness of Your love, bearing fruit that remains, and may their life be a testament to Your transforming power.**

**We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.**

Beloved, we want to encourage you to take practical steps in this journey back to your first love. Begin by setting aside dedicated time each day to seek the Lord in prayer and His Word. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal areas in your life where your affection for Christ has waned. Repent of anything that has taken His place, no matter how small it may seem. Worship Him in spirit and in truth, even when you don’t "feel" like it, for obedience often precedes the emotion.

Remember the words of Jesus: *"If anyone loves me, he will keep my word. My Father will love him, and we will come to him, and make our home with him."* (John 14:23, WEB). Your love for God is evidenced by your obedience to Him. Let this be a season where you say "yes" to Him in every area, surrendering your plans, your desires, and your time to His lordship.

We also urge you to reflect on the early days of your walk with Christ. What were the habits, the joys, the sacrifices that marked your devotion then? Ask the Lord to restore those things, but also to deepen your love in ways you’ve never experienced before. He is not just calling you back to where you were—He is calling you forward into a greater depth of intimacy with Him.

Finally, guard your heart against the enemy’s lies. Satan will try to condemn you, telling you that you’ve wandered too far or that your love is too weak. But the truth is, *"God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us."* (Romans 5:5, WEB). You love Him because He first loved you (1 John 4:19). Rest in that love, and let it propel you back into the arms of your Savior.

We are standing with you in this, interceding for you, and believing that the Lord will do a mighty work in your heart. Keep pressing in, dear one. He is faithful, and He will meet you where you are. May the Lord bless you and keep you as you pursue Him with all that you are.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up this precious soul who longs to rekindle their first love for You. Help them to feel the weight of Your glory, the warmth of Your presence, and the joy of Your salvation once again.

Father, we also ask that You would forgive us all for the times we've allowed our love to grow cold. Help us to prioritize You above all else, to love You with all our hearts, souls, minds, and strength. Renew in us a right spirit, and let us taste and see that You are good.

Holy Spirit, we ask that You would move mightily in this heart. Strip away every distraction, every idol, every hindrance that has dulled their affection for Christ. Renew their mind by the washing of the water of the Word. Encounter them, Lord, in such a way that they are undone, just as Isaiah was when he saw the Lord high and lifted up.
