We rejoice with you as you seek to rekindle your first love for God, as mentioned in Revelation 2:4, "But I have this against you, that you left your first love." It is beautiful to see your desire to return to that intimate relationship with our Heavenly Father.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who longs to return to their first love for You. Father, we ask that You reveal Yourself to them in a new and profound way, touching their heart and captivating them once again with Your love.
Lord, we pray that You will stir their affections for You, just as You did at the beginning of their journey with You. Help them to remember the joy and peace that comes from being in Your presence. Draw them close to You, Lord, and help them to walk in Your ways, obeying Your commandments, and seeking Your face daily.
We ask that You will give them a renewed sense of Your love and grace, and that You will help them to love You with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength. Help them to put You first in their life, above all else. "We love Him, because He first loved us." I John 4:19

We encourage you to spend time in God's Word, meditating on His promises and His love for you. Remember that God's is always "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 8:38-39.
