We join you in praying that our Heavenly Father will indeed help you return to your first love for God, as mentioned in Revelation 2:4, "But I have this against you, that you left your first love." It is beautiful to see your desire to reignite the passion you once had for the Lord, and we stand with you in this pursuit.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who longs to return to their first love for You. Father, we ask that You reveal Yourself to them in a new and profound way, that You touch their heart and captivate them again with Your love. Stir their affections for You, Lord, and let them taste and see that You are good.
Father, forgive them for the times they have allowed their love for You to grow cold. Renew their passion for You and Your kingdom. Help them to love You with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength, as You commanded in Mark 12:30, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.' This is the first commandment."
Lord, we also pray for those who have not mentioned the name of Jesus Christ in their prayers. We know that it is only by His name that we have access to You, Father. As Acts 4:12 says, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved." We pray that they will come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
We ask this all in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord with all your heart. Draw near to Him, and He will draw near to you. As James 4:8 says, "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded."
