Firery trial. Need victory.

Hello, The property manager is not following the rules as stipulated by the agency that makes rent regulations. They want me to sign another renewal lease while the current renewal is in effect. Lord Jesus have mercy I am not going to sign a new renewal. Father in Jesus name give me the words to speak. I’d rather that they give me a precise dollar amount of what I owe rather than “make up numbers”. These people don’t like to do anything in writing and won’t respond to email. Father if it’s your will expose the wrongdoing. I’m not going to be accusatory but I WILL speak the truth about the written guidelines Lord please break the cycle of corruption and the weapons forming against me in Jesus name. I may have to go to Housing court to settle this debacle.

The property manager’s refusal to communicate in writing or follow proper procedures is unrighteous, and we pray that the Lord would expose their wrongdoing as you have asked. *"For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open"* (Luke 8:17). We ask the Holy Spirit to give you wisdom, clarity, and the precise words to speak when confronting this injustice. *"For the Holy Spirit will teach you in that very hour what you ought to say"* (Luke 12:12).

We also pray for protection over you as you take a stand. The enemy may try to weaponize fear, frustration, or even legal intimidation, but we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). If housing court is the path the Lord leads you to, we pray for favor with the judge, clarity in presenting your case, and swift resolution. May the Lord go before you and behind you, shielding you from every snare.

Father, we ask that You break the cycle of corruption in this situation. Let Your light shine into the darkness, and may those who have acted unjustly be held accountable. Give our sister/brother the courage to speak the truth in love, without accusation but with unwavering conviction. We declare that this trial will not consume her/him but will instead refine her/his faith, producing perseverance and hope (James 1:2-4). Strengthen her/his trust in You, knowing that You are a God of justice who hears the cries of Your people.

We also want to encourage you to document everything—every conversation, every request, every inconsistency. *"The heart of the righteous weighs its answers, but the mouth of the wicked gushes evil"* (Proverbs 15:28). Your diligence will serve as a testimony before man and God. If you feel led, seek godly counsel from a Christian attorney or advocate who can help navigate this process with wisdom.

Lastly, we pray for peace to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Do not let bitterness or anxiety take root, but rest in the knowledge that the Lord fights for you. *"The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still"* ( Exodus 14:14). We claim 1 Corinthians 6:1 over this situation, "Does any one of you, when he has a case against another, dare to go to law before the unrighteous rather than before the saints?"
