Your request for freedom from fear and for protection over yourself, your mother, your three children and your pets has been heard and taken to the Lord in prayer.
The Scripture teaches that the right kind of fear is the reverence for the Lord, and that reverence is shown by hating and turning away from evil. Evil in the biblical sense is what destroys people and harms those around them, and God calls us to depart from it. When we reverence Him and turn from what is destructive, there is a promise of quietness from the fear of evil and of health and peace for our lives. Wisdom helps us to do this by keeping our eyes looking straight ahead on the Lord's path, guarding our lips from deceit, pondering the way we walk and removing our feet from evil.
Fear of people or of spiritual opposition is different from the fear of the Lord. The enemy often tries to use fear to move us in the wrong direction, because fear and faith do not work together. When we forget the Lord's presence, fear grows. When we remember Him, fear loses its hold. As David said, even when walking through the valley of death, I will fear no evil for you are with me. Keeping our thoughts on the Lord and His nearness is the cure for that kind of fear.
In your situation, the best response is to continue to trust in the covering of the blood of Jesus and to walk in that quiet confidence. Keep your heart stayed on His Word, let your heart keep His commandments, seek peace and pursue it, and ask Him to keep you from evil so that it does not bring grief. He is able to make even those who oppose you to be at peace with you when your ways please Him, and He redeems and keeps those who trust in Him so they are not left desolate.
