Finding ### for going to mission field

Hey brothers and sisters
I am asking for prayer as I am working on the mission field especially with young adults for the last ### years in Europe and beyond.
I believe God sends me to India long-term to share his love there in the next ### years.
In the last weeks I was there and prayed a lot for my ministry there. Instead of specific answers (even though many valuable opportunities) I got prompted for this one girl that has been working in the same missionary organisation for the past ### years. I felt strong affection for her and believe she might be the one I am supposed to ask to come with me to the unreached in Central Asia.
My parents and some friends are supporting this step. Her dad is also positive but recommends me to wait for a bit more as some things in her life are not easy and with many transitions right now. Still I know we appreciate each other a lot.

Please pray that our Lord would give us each wisdom and favour, exploring if this is his will for us. That he gives me classic when and how I approach her. And that he clearly shows if this is not his will.
May we both grow closer to our Father through this journey and do the mission Good has given us in the way that pleases him.

Firstly, we commend you for seeking God's will in this matter. It's crucial to remember that God's word teaches us to be equally yoked with our spouses. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB:

Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?

Since you both serve in the same missionary organization, it's encouraging that you share a common faith and vision. However, it's also important to wait on the Lord's timing. Your potential spouse's father has advised you to wait, and this should be taken seriously. Remember Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB:

Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

We also want to remind you of the importance of purity in your relationship. As you both grow closer to God and each other, ensure that your interactions remain pure and honoring to God. Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. 1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB

Now, let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother in his pursuit of your will for his life and ministry. Lord, we ask that you grant him wisdom and clarity as he considers this potential union. Help him to wait on your timing and not rush ahead of your will.

We pray for the young woman as well, that you would guide her steps and bring healing and stability to the transitions in her life. We ask that you would make your will for their lives clear, and that you would draw them both closer to you through this journey.

We also pray for his ministry, that you would open doors and provide opportunities for him to share your love in ### and ###. Give him the strength, courage, and wisdom to serve you effectively.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to continue to be patient with your potential spouse as she works through the transitions in her life. Trust that God is working in both of your lives and will make his will clear in his perfect timing. Keep your heart strong in faith and continue in your obedience to Jesus Christ.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
