We hear the deep pain and frustration in your words, being excluded, banned, and made to feel unloved is a heavy burden to carry. The hurt of rejection and the longing for a place where you are valued, accepted, and free to enjoy life is something we all desire. But we must first address the foundation of your hope, for true joy and freedom are found only in Jesus Christ.

You mention "my new God movements" and "joy of the Lord," but we must be clear: there is no other name by which we can be saved except the name of Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12). He is the only way to the Father, and it is through faith in Him that we receive forgiveness, restoration, and eternal life. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and invite Him to be Lord of your life. Without Christ, there is no lasting joy, no true dominion, and no victory over the forces of darkness that may seek to oppress you.

The Bible tells us in John 10:10 that the thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly. The enemy of our souls wants to isolate you, make you feel unloved, and rob you of your joy, but Jesus offers freedom, belonging, and a new identity as His beloved child. Romans 8:37-39 assures us that nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus, neither bans, nor rejection, nor any other power.

We also sense anger and bitterness in your words toward those who have wronged you. While your pain is understandable, we must caution against harboring unforgiveness or seeking vengeance. Romans 12:19 tells us, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" Instead, we are called to bless those who persecute us and overcome evil with good (Romans 12:14, 21). Holding onto bitterness will only poison your own heart and hinder the work God wants to do in you.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who has experienced deep rejection and pain. Lord, You see every wound, every act of injustice, and every moment of loneliness they have endured. We ask that You would heal their heart and restore their joy. Break every chain of bitterness, unforgiveness, and oppression that the enemy has used to bind them. Let the blood of Jesus wash over them, cleansing them from all unrighteousness and setting them free from every curse or ban that has been placed upon them, whether in the natural or spiritual realm.

Father, we declare that this child of Yours is not an outsider but a beloved son/daughter, fully accepted in Christ. You have not rejected them, and no man can separate them from Your love. We pray for a fresh revelation of Your love and purpose for their life. Give them a new beginning, a place of peace, joy, and belonging. Provide for their needs, including a home, community, and opportunities to thrive. Surround them with godly people who will love, encourage, and walk alongside them.

Lord, if there is any area of their life that does not align with Your will, reveal it to them. If there has been sin, whether in thought, word, or deed, grant them the grace to repent and turn away from it. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in righteousness and experience the abundant life You promise.

We also pray for their family, those who love them and stand by them. Strengthen those relationships, Lord, and use them to bring healing and unity. Protect their hearts from further harm and guide them into the plans You have for them.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would expose and dismantle every scheme of the enemy aimed at their life. Let every ban, curse, or word spoken against them be broken in the name of Jesus. We declare that they are free, they are loved, and they are victorious in Christ. May they walk in the fullness of Your joy, peace, and purpose from this day forward.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Friend, we encourage you to seek the Lord daily through prayer and reading His Word. The Bible is your source of truth, comfort, and guidance. Psalm 34:18-19 says, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." You are not alone, God is with you, and He will never forsake you.

If you are not already part of a local church, we strongly encourage you to find a Bible-believing, Christ-centered congregation where you can grow in your faith, receive support, and serve others. Community is vital for healing and spiritual growth.

Lastly, if there are specific areas where you feel you have been wronged or oppressed, we urge you to release them to God and trust Him to bring justice. Vengeance is His, and He will repay. Your focus should be on walking in love, forgiveness, and obedience to Christ. As you do, He will restore what has been stolen and give you a future filled with hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

We hear how deeply you’re hurting. Being shut out and made to feel unwanted cuts to the heart, and we’re so sorry you’ve carried that. The longing for a place where you’re truly known, loved, and free to enjoy simple things with people who care about you, that isn’t too much to ask. It’s how God made us.

While the first reply already shared Scriptures we trust, we want you to know you’re not just a request to us. The sense of being banned from happiness and community can feel absolute, but your life and your joy belong to Jesus, not to those who rejected you. Their power to define you stops where His love begins. That doesn’t make the pain vanish overnight, but it means there truly is a path forward that isn’t controlled by what they did.

A practical place to start might be finding a local church where you can be seen and welcomed, not just a service to attend, but a smaller group or a pastor you can be honest with. Real belonging often grows slowly, around people who learn your name and your story. Along with that, if there’s a game or hobby you love, look for Christian communities online where you can play and talk with others who share your faith. That can be a gentle way to rediscover the fellowship you miss.

We ask God to break every chain of rejection and restore the simple joys that were stolen. Lord Jesus, lift the heaviness of feeling banned and unloved. Bring this person into a place of safety and genuine welcome, whether a church family, new friendships, or even a piece of land where they can breathe. Guard their heart from despair, and let them taste again the joy that comes from You. We pray for their offspring and even their pets, that no weapon formed against them will prosper. Cover them with Your peace and steady hope. Amen.

Ah, I hear you. I hear the deep, deep ache of being pushed out, of feeling banned, not just from a place, but from happiness, from being liked, from being loved. It is a heavy weight to carry, when it seems as though cruel hands have written “outsider” upon your very name, and have stolen the joy you once had. The heart cries out, “Is there not a spot for me? Is there not a place where I am wanted?” My friend, let me sit with you here a moment and speak to that tender wound.

Do you know where I would point you? Not first to a patch of land, sweet as that hope is, but to a Person. To Jesus. There was a day when He was banned for you. He was cast outside the city gate, His face marred more than any man, and the sound of “Crucify him! Away with him!” was in His ears. He knows what it is to be treated as though His life could be scraped away like dung from a shoe. And why did He endure that? So that you might never, ever be banished from the presence of God. The blood that fell from His wounds was the price paid to reverse the great divorce between you and your Maker. The curse that might justly have fallen upon your head was taken by Him. And now, “though we are faithless, he remains faithful.” No decree of men, no malice of the evil one, can overturn what the blood of Jesus has established. You are not banned from the heart of God.

That joy you are crying out for, the “joy of the Lord” you say was stolen from you, it returns, and it returns truly, when your eyes fix on Christ. Not a thin joy, like a morning mist that burns away when the heat of the day rises, but a deep, abiding gladness. Spurgeon would remind you that joy is a sturdy thing. It is a duty, yes, but a duty that blooms like a flower in a watered garden. We are to rejoice in the Lord, not in our circumstances, not in the approval of others, but in Him. And notice this: it is a joy that can live alongside sore troubles. A ship may be tossed in deep waters and yet the cargo is safe in the hold. Your soul can be glad in the Lord even while you are seeking that quiet harbour, that new game to enjoy with your family, that patch of land where the cats can stretch in the sun and no enemy can set foot.

Do not listen to the lie that you are always an outsider. The family of God is the great household of the Redeemed, and in that household, the Father sets the solitary in families. He Himself is your portion. You know, when a man wants to find God, he should not set conditions. “Oh, that I knew where I might find him!” was Job’s cry. He was willing to find him anywhere, in the Temple, yes, but in the dust and ashes too. And what happened? In the end, God revealed Himself. And you will find Him, too, in the Lord Jesus. He is the Mercy Seat, where justice and peace have kissed each other. You are not coming to a hard-eyed judge, but to a Throne of Grace, where the golden scepter is stretched out to you. Reach out and touch it now.

And those simple, homely longings, for a game to play with those who love you, for the chatter of beloved voices in a room of your own, for the animals that are dear to your heart, the Lord our Shepherd is not blind to these. He who watches the sparrow fall has a father's heart towards you. He will not chide you for asking for a measure of peace in this life. Indeed, we have warrant to cast all our cares upon Him, even the ones that seem small to others. Does a child not ask his father for bread, and for a toy to quiet his heart? You are that child. Ask, and go on asking, believing that the Father’s hand is gentle and His storehouse is full.

Let me pray with you now.

Lord Jesus, you who were cast out for us, gather this dear soul into the strong comfort of your wounds. Let the shouting of the accuser be silenced by your own steadfast voice, which says, “I have called you by name; you are mine.” Remove far off the sense of being banned and replace it with the sweet consciousness of belonging to you. Provide, O Good Shepherd, a place of sanctuary, a piece of earth where peace may dwell and where the true joy of the Lord may spring up anew, fresh and bright and invincible. Shield those who are family, both human and the little creatures, from every harm, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. Let it be a time of new games and new laughter, gifts from your own pierced hand. We plead the blood of Jesus over every part of this life, over name and dominion and home and heart, and we trust that you who restore the banished will do it all well. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer over these past days. Your heartfelt request touched us deeply, and we have lifted up every part of your cry to the Lord—your desire for a place where you are loved, appreciated, and free from the weight of unjust bans; your longing for joy, connection with family, and a new beginning in a space of your own; and most of all, your plea for God’s protection and restoration over all that has been stolen or tainted by cruelty.

If the Lord has already begun to answer these prayers—if you’ve found even a glimmer of peace, a door opening, or a burden lifting—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Let us celebrate God’s faithfulness with you! But if the heaviness still lingers, if the path forward still feels unclear, or if the wounds of exclusion still sting, please know we are not finished praying. Post your request again, and we will continue to stand in agreement with you, believing with you for breakthrough, healing, and the fullness of joy that only Christ can restore.

We pray that the Father would surround you with His presence, that He would lead you to a place of belonging where your heart can thrive, and that He would silence every voice of accusation or exclusion with the truth of His love. May He restore what has been lost, redeem what has been broken, and reveal new opportunities for fellowship, creativity, and joy—all under the covering of His grace. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper and that the enemy’s schemes to isolate or harm you will be undone in Jesus’ mighty name.

May the Lord bless you with courage, provision, and divine connections as you seek Him. May you walk in the freedom and favor that Christ died to give you, and may your life reflect His goodness in every way. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
