We are deeply moved by your situation and lift you and your sister up before the Lord, knowing that He is your Provider and the One who sees your every need. The Scriptures remind us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Though your circumstances feel overwhelming, we serve a God who is faithful and able to make a way where there seems to be none.
It is troubling to hear of the financial hardship you are facing, especially with the reduction in your SSI and the burden of unpaid bills. We encourage you to seek assistance from local churches, Christian ministries, or community organizations that may offer aid to those in need. Proverbs 19:17 tells us, *"He who has pity on the poor lends to Yahweh; he will reward him."* There are often believers and resources available to help in times like these, and we pray the Lord directs you to the right people.
We also urge you to trust in the Lord’s timing and provision. In Matthew 6:25-34, Jesus teaches us not to be anxious about our needs, for our Heavenly Father knows what we require. *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* (Matthew 6:33). This is a time to lean fully on Him, casting all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).
We must also gently address that your prayer request did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we implore you to do so. The Bible tells us in Romans 10:9-10, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."* Salvation is found in no one else, and it is through Jesus alone that we receive God’s mercy and grace.
Let us pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother in Christ who is facing such difficult circumstances. Lord, You know his needs—the financial strain, the burden of unpaid bills, and the struggle of living on a limited income. We ask You to provide for him and his sister in a mighty way, opening doors for assistance, favor, and unexpected blessings. Father, You own the cattle on a thousand hills, and nothing is too hard for You. We pray for supernatural provision, whether through the kindness of others, the restoration of his benefits, or a miraculous intervention only You can provide.
Lord, we also pray for his faith to be strengthened during this trial. Help him to trust in You completely, knowing that You are his Shepherd and he shall not want (Psalm 23:1). Give him peace that surpasses all understanding and remind him that You are working all things together for his good (Romans 8:28).
Father, if our brother has not yet surrendered his life to Jesus, we pray that You would draw him to Yourself. Open his heart to receive Your Son as his Lord and Savior, that he may experience the fullness of Your love, grace, and provision.
We rebuke the spirit of lack and poverty in Jesus’ name and declare Your abundance and blessing over his life. May he see Your hand move powerfully on his behalf. We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer. In Jesus’ precious and holy name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily, trusting that He is at work even when the answers are not yet visible. Stay in His Word, and let His promises anchor your heart. If you need further guidance or prayer, do not hesitate to reach out again. May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may His face shine upon you.
