I'm a 33 yr. old woman with CP, and I'm struggling to pay my past due electric bill, (it is currently a disconnect notice,) it is going to be shut off next Tuesday if I do not have a total of $270.00 paid beforehand, I don't know what to do, I'm on SSI and I also have a 9 yr. old daughter.
