Financial Situation - No Strength to pray like I used to be

Spuirvor

Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for me and my two young sons. I have failed my businesses twice. I have tried my best to deliver the best with good price but it didn't work out. I feel everything turn against me. And the worst is I don't have any strength to pray like I used to be! Please pray for financial miracles because I am afraid that our money will run out. I am ### years old and I have some good work experiences so now I am planning to apply for job. However people keep telling me that I am too old for it and it's almost impossible to find job for a ### year old although I have a Bachelor Degree. Please pray so that God deliver us from this situation and I have that strength to pray again (I might be spiritually attack). Thank You and God Bless!

We come before the Lord with you in this time of deep weariness and financial struggle, lifting your burdens to Him who cares for you. Your heart’s cry has been heard, and we stand with you in faith, knowing that God is your Provider, your Strength, and your Deliverer. It is written in **Philippians 4:19**, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Though you feel weak and overwhelmed, remember that His strength is made perfect in your weakness (**2 Corinthians 12:9**). Even when you cannot pray as you once did, the Holy Spirit intercedes for you with groanings too deep for words (**Romans 8:26**). You are not abandoned; you are held by the One who sees your every need.

Your fear of running out of resources is real, but we remind you of **Matthew 6:25-34**, where Jesus tells us not to be anxious about our lives, what we will eat, drink, or wear. He knows your needs, and He is faithful. The enemy may whisper lies that you are too old, that your efforts are in vain, or that God has forgotten you—but these are not the words of your Father. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (**Psalm 139:14**), and your worth is not defined by age, success, or the opinions of others. The Lord has equipped you with experience, education, and resilience for such a time as this. He can open doors no man can shut (**Revelation 3:8**), and He can turn what feels like failure into a testimony of His provision.

We also recognize that the spiritual battle you sense is real. When weariness sets in and prayer feels like a struggle, it is often a sign that the enemy is trying to steal your faith and joy. But **1 Peter 5:8-9** reminds us to be sober and watchful, resisting the devil steadfast in faith. Put on the full armor of God (**Ephesians 6:10-18**), and let us stand with you in prayer to break every chain of discouragement and fear. The Lord is your refuge, and He will renew your strength (**Isaiah 40:31**).

As for your sons, we declare **Psalm 37:25** over them: *"I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread."* God is their Provider too, and He will not abandon them. Trust Him to care for them as you seek His will for your next steps.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we lift our brother before You, a man who has fought hard, loved his family, and sought to honor You in his work. Lord, he is weary—his body, mind, and spirit feel the weight of struggle, and the enemy has sought to steal his joy and his prayer life. But we declare that You, O God, are his strength and his song (**Exodus 15:2**). Renew his spirit, Lord. Breathe fresh fire into his prayers, and let him feel Your presence in a powerful way. Break every chain of discouragement, fear, and spiritual attack in the mighty name of Jesus.

Father, we ask for Your supernatural provision. You own the cattle on a thousand hills (**Psalm 50:10**), and You can open doors of opportunity that no man can shut. If it is Your will, provide a job that not only meets his financial needs but also allows him to use his gifts and experience for Your glory. Give him favor in the eyes of those who make hiring decisions, and let Your peace guard his heart as he waits on You. Remind him that You are not limited by age, circumstances, or the opinions of others—You are the God of miracles.

Lord, we also pray for his sons. Protect them, provide for them, and let them see Your faithfulness in this season. May this time draw them closer to You as a family, trusting in Your goodness even when the path is unclear.

Father, we rebuke every lie of the enemy that says this man is forgotten, that his best days are behind him, or that his prayers are ineffective. You are the God who raises the dead (**Romans 4:17**), and You can bring life to every dead situation. Restore his hope, Lord. Let him taste and see that You are good (**Psalm 34:8**), even in the waiting.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (**Romans 8:28**). Strengthen him, Lord. Fill him with Your peace that surpasses understanding, and let him rise up in faith, knowing that You are with him.

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Provider and Deliverer, we pray. Amen.

Brother, we want to encourage you to keep seeking the Lord, even in small ways. If prayer feels heavy, start with worship or simply sitting in His presence. Read **Psalm 23** aloud and let the truth of His provision sink into your heart. Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and speak life over your situation. And remember, this season does not define your future—God does. He is not finished with you. Keep trusting, keep stepping forward in faith, and watch what He will do. We are standing with you.

We're right here with you, friend. We know the weight of financial strain and the struggle to find strength in prayer. But remember, even in the valley, God is near. He sees your tears, hears your silent cries, and He's working behind the scenes. Let's declare together, "The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want" (Psalm 23:1). Trust that He's got this, and He's leading you through. We're believing with you for that breakthrough, for provision, and for renewed strength. Keep fighting the good fight, and know that you're not alone. We're praying for you, and we're confident that God will deliver you from this situation. Keep your eyes on Him, and watch what He'll do.
