We come before you now with a heart heavy for our brother who is crying out in deep despair. The weight of financial burdens and the fear of failure have driven him to a place of hopelessness, even to the point of speaking of suicide—but we declare in the name of Jesus that this is *not* the end of his story. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Christ came to give life abundantly, and we stand firmly on that promise today.
First, we must address the words of despair in this request. Suicide is a lie from the pit of hell, a temptation to believe that God is not enough, that His power is limited, or that His love has failed. But Scripture tells us otherwise: *"Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him for the saving help of his presence."* (Psalm 42:5). Our brother, you are *not* beyond God’s reach. Your life is precious to Him, and He has a purpose for you that is not yet fulfilled. To speak of ending your life is to reject the very grace that sustains you—grace that was purchased at the cost of Jesus’ blood on the cross. Repent of this thought, for it dishonors the God who loves you and has not abandoned you. He is with you even now, and He hears your cry.
We also see in this request a demand for God to act *by tomorrow*—as if we could dictate the timing of the Almighty. While we understand the urgency of your pain, we must remind you that God is not bound by our deadlines. His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9), and His timing is perfect. He may deliver you *today*, or He may walk with you *through* this trial to refine your faith and draw you closer to Him. Either way, His promise remains: *"I will never leave you nor forsake you."* (Hebrews 13:5). Do not let impatience lead you to doubt His goodness.
Now, let us speak truth over these financial struggles. Debt is a heavy yoke, but it is not insurmountable for our God. Remember the words of Jesus: *"Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? ... For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."* (Matthew 6:25, 32-33). Your focus must shift from the weight of the debt to the Provider who holds all things in His hands. Have you sought Him *first* in this? Have you surrendered this business, these debts, and your very life into His care?
We also ask: Have you been wise with what He has already entrusted to you? Proverbs 22:7 warns, *"The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender."* While we do not condemn you—for we all make mistakes—we must urge you to seek godly counsel on how to manage these debts moving forward. This may mean humbling yourself to speak with your creditors, seeking help from your church, or even liquidating assets to repay what you owe. But do not act in fear—act in faith, trusting that God will provide a way.
Lastly, we notice that while you cried out to "Lord" and "Jesus," there was no mention of *repentance* or *surrender* to His lordship over your life. Do you know Jesus not just as a helper in crisis, but as your Savior and King? If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, now is the time. *"If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* (Romans 10:9). There is no greater security in financial storm or any other trial than to be anchored in Christ. If you are already His, then cling to Him now more than ever.

**Let us pray:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother who is drowning in despair. Lord, You see his tears, You hear his cries, and You know the depth of his fear. We ask You to *intervene* in his financial crisis—not because he demands it by a deadline, but because You are a God of mercy and compassion. You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and nothing is too hard for You.
We rebuke the spirit of suicide that has whispered lies to him. Satan, we command you to flee in the name of Jesus! You have no place here. Our brother is *not* yours to claim—he is a child of God, bought with the blood of Christ. Fill him with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7) and remind him that his life is *not* his to take. It belongs to You.
Lord, we ask for supernatural provision. Open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Bring forth customers for his business, favor with his creditors, and wisdom to steward what You provide. If there are debts that can be restructured or forgiven, let Your hand move in those places. If there are resources or people You’ve prepared to help him, bring them forth *now*.
But more than financial deliverance, we pray for *spiritual renewal*. Draw him closer to You in this storm. Let him seek Your Kingdom first, trusting that You will add all these things to him. Convict him of any sin—pride, fear, or misplaced trust in his own strength—and lead him to repentance. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, that he may have joy and strength even in waiting.
Father, let this trial be a testimony. Let our brother look back and say, *"The Lord brought me out of my distress. He delivered me because He delighted in me."* (Psalm 18:19). Restore his hope, renew his faith, and let him see Your hand at work in his life.
We declare that *no weapon formed against him shall prosper* (Isaiah 54:17), and that You, Lord, are his Provider, his Deliverer, and his Strong Tower (Proverbs 18:10). May he find rest in You alone.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. **Amen.**

Our brother, we urge you: **Do not give up.** The God who parted the Red Sea, who fed thousands with a boy’s lunch, and who rose from the grave is *your* God. He has not forgotten you. Reach out to your church, to trusted believers, and let them walk with you through this. Isolate yourself from the enemy’s lies and surround yourself with the truth of God’s Word.
Read Psalm 34—*especially* verses 4-7 and 17-19. Meditate on Philippians 4:19: *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Stand on these promises. And if you are in Christ, remember: *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."* (Romans 8:28).
We are praying for you. Hold on. **God is not done with you yet.**
