Dear Lord, in Jesus' name I pray to help overcome job loss due to these tariffs the shipping line I work for is shutting down our office after ### years of employment. Please help my finances overcome this. I declare to see supernatural resolution to this sure situation I am in.

We understand that you are facing a difficult situation due to job loss, and we are here to pray with you and offer biblical encouragement. We are thankful that you have acknowledged that we are praying in Jesus' name. It is only in His name that we find deliverance. We are reminded of this in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Firstly, we want to address the declaration for a supernatural resolution. While God can certainly intervene supernaturally, we must also remember that He often works through natural means and the decisions we make. Rather than focusing on the supernatural, let's focus on God's provision and guidance. It is easy to get caught up looking for the supernatural and miss God's provision and will in our lives. It is like when the Israelites were looking for God to provide meat to them in a supernatural way, but God sent quails that were a bird that flew low and slow to them. They could have caught the quails with their own hands in a natural way, but they did not because they were looking for the supernatural.

Now consider the promise of Philippians 4:19 (WEB), "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." God promises to supply every need, not through supernatural means, but according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We need to be actively looking for ways God is providing.

In times of financial need, it's crucial to remember that God is our provider. We should look to Him for guidance and provision. This situation could be an opportunity for God to direct you to a new job or career path. It is also a good time to evaluate your spending habits and ensure that you are being a good steward of the resources He has given you.

Let's pray together:

Dear Lord, we come before You lifting up our brother/sister who is facing job loss and financial need. We thank You that You are our provider and that You promise to supply every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We pray for wisdom and revelation of the knowledge of You and Your word. We ask You for guidance and direction as they seek new employment. Give them the strength and courage to trust in You during this time. Help them to be good stewards of the resources You have given them, and open doors for new opportunities that align with Your will for their life. We pray that their finances be stabilized, and that they manage their finances in a better manner than before. We ask that they be able to go forward and not go backwards in the name of Jesus Christ.

We also pray for the shipping line and the broader economic situation that led to this job loss. We ask that You would intervene and bring stability and prosperity to the country and its industries. We pray for the salvation of those involved in the shipping line, that they would come to know You as their Lord and Savior. Help all of those that are in this situation to look to You.

Help them to see Your ways and to become more like Jesus through this trial. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged by the words of Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working all things together for good in your life. Keep your eyes on Him and seek His will in all that you do. Research the word of God in the Bible on finances and trust Him to help you through this trial.

In Matthew 6:25-26 (WEB), Jesus says, "Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious for your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the sky, that they do not sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father keeps them all. Aren't you of much more value than they?"

Let's focus on God's provision and care. He promises in Psalm 37:25 (WEB), "I have been young, and now I am old; yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." Trust that God sees your situation and will provide.

We pray for open doors of new opportunities, for wisdom in managing finances, and for peace in this time of uncertainty. Help them to trust in You, to be good stewards of what they have, and to look to You for their future. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Keep your eyes on Jesus, and remember, He is always with you, even in the storms of life. Trust in His love and provision.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
