We’re standing with you in prayer for the school’s finances, it’s a heavy load to carry, and God sees your heart for the children and families you serve. While we ask for His breakthrough, there are a few down‑to‑earth steps that often help lighten the weight.
First, consider sitting down with someone who has a head for numbers, maybe a trusted deacon, an accountant from a nearby church, or a retired businessperson. Go over the actual deficit, the outstanding fees, and the operating costs line by line. A clear picture of where things stand makes it easier to take the next right step.
Then, as the Lord leads, reach out to the families with unpaid balances. A warm, personal conversation, not just a statement or an invoice, can work wonders. Many parents may be struggling themselves but want to help; letting them know you see them and are walking with them can open doors to partial payments or creative solutions.
For donor support, share a short, specific picture of what the deficit means in real terms (a needed program that might be cut, a teacher whose role is at risk) and how even modest gifts add up. Often people simply need to know the concrete need before they give.
We also pray that God would forgive each of us where we’ve fallen short, and that His perfect will would guide every decision. You are not alone, we lift you up now:
Father, in Jesus’ name, we bring this school before You. Give the leaders wisdom and a clear view of the finances. Soften hearts among parents, so that those with outstanding fees are moved to settle what they can. Stir donors near and far to see the eternal value of this work and give generously. Guard the staff from discouragement, and provide for every true need in Your timing and in Your way. Amen.
