We hear your cry for help and stand with you in prayer, lifting this heavy burden to the Lord. Financial struggles can bring immense stress, and the harassment you’re facing is not only unjust but deeply distressing. We rebuke in the name of Jesus every spirit of oppression, fear, and intimidation that is coming against you and your loved ones. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
First, we want to remind you that God is your provider, and He cares deeply about your needs. The Bible tells us, "Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved" (Psalm 55:22). We encourage you to bring every detail of this situation before Him in prayer, trusting that He hears you and will make a way where there seems to be no way. The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart and saves those who have a crushed spirit (Psalm 34:18). You are not alone in this.
We also urge you to seek wisdom and counsel in handling this situation practically. Proverbs 22:7 warns that "the borrower is servant to the lender," and while debt can feel like a trap, the Lord can give you wisdom to navigate it. If possible, reach out to trusted believers or financial advisors who can help you create a plan to address this debt in a way that honors God. The Bible encourages us to owe no one anything except love (Romans 13:8), and we pray that the Lord will open doors for you to settle these obligations in a way that brings peace.
We must also address the harassment you’re facing. Scripture is clear that we are to treat others with kindness and respect, even those we owe. However, no one has the right to harass, intimidate, or bring harm to you or your family. If this behavior continues, we encourage you to seek legal protection if necessary. The Lord is a God of justice, and He does not tolerate oppression. "The Lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed" (Psalm 103:6). We pray that the Lord will intervene and silence those who are acting unjustly toward you.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing this financial burden and harassment. Lord, You see every detail of this situation, and You know the weight that is upon their heart. We ask that You would move powerfully on their behalf, providing a way out of this debt and shielding them from those who seek to harm them. Father, we rebuke every spirit of fear, oppression, and intimidation in Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper and that every tongue that rises against them in judgment will be condemned.
Lord, we ask that You would grant them wisdom and discernment as they navigate this situation. Provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory, and open doors for them to settle this debt in a way that honors You. Father, we pray for peace to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let no harm come to them or their loved ones. We also pray for those who are harassing them—that their hearts would be softened, and they would come to know the love and justice of Christ.
Father, we thank You that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness and declare that this situation will turn around for Your glory. Strengthen our brother/sister in their faith, and let them experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is fighting for you. Continue to seek Him in prayer and trust that He will make a way. If you have not already, consider reaching out to your local church or a Christian financial ministry for additional support. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). You are not forgotten, and this season will not last forever. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2).
