i am working in a non christian college as a lecturer. every year we have our salary revised. my colleagues by their self centered, egoistic nature get high increment in their salary while i cannot do as them because i am the son of God. i never demand great hike in my salary. i do not show off that i am working very hard for the college. i do my work sincerely and dilligently in a Christlike manner which is greatly appreciated by my colleagues. they regard me highly as a true christian. however when salary increment occurs i get less increment than them. please pray for me that this time God would work in the minds of the management people and they would increase my salary substantially so that i can be financially sound and be able to sustain my family properly.
