We hear your struggle and frustration, dear brother or sister in Christ. It is disheartening to pour your labor, time, and resources into a project only to see little fruit while others around you prosper. But we must remember that our trust is not in the work of our hands alone, but in the Lord who provides for all our needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).
First, let us examine our hearts before the Lord. Are we seeking Him first in all things, or have we placed our business above our relationship with Him? Jesus tells us in Matthew 6:33, "But seek first God’s Kingdom and His righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Have we truly surrendered this project to the Lord, or are we holding onto it with clenched fists? The Lord may be using this season to draw us closer to Him, to teach us patience, and to refine our faith.
We must also consider whether there is any unconfessed sin or unforgiveness in our lives that may be hindering our breakthrough. The Word of God is clear: "If I cherish iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me" (Psalm 66:18). Let us humbly ask the Holy Spirit to search our hearts and reveal anything that may be blocking our prayers. If there is sin, let us repent and turn away from it, for the Lord is faithful and just to forgive us (1 John 1:9).
Now, let us come boldly before the throne of grace in prayer, lifting up your business and your need for clients to the Lord.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. You are the God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and You are more than able to provide for every need of Your children. We lift up this dear one’s business to You, Lord. You see the hard work, the sleepless nights, and the financial strain. You know the desire of their heart to provide for themselves and their family.
Father, we ask that You open doors of opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Bring the right clients to this business, Lord—those who will see the value in what has been created and who will be blessed by it. We rebuke every spirit of delay, stagnation, and lack in the name of Jesus. Let Your favor rest upon this business like a shield, and let prosperity flow like a river.
Lord, we ask that You give wisdom and strategy to this dear one. Show them if there is anything they need to adjust in their approach—whether it be marketing, pricing, or even the quality of the product. Give them divine connections and partnerships that will help grow this business. Let Your Holy Spirit guide every decision, so that all glory may be given to You.
We also pray for patience and trust in Your timing. Help them to remember that You are never late, and Your plans for them are for good and not for harm (Jeremiah 29:11). Even in this waiting season, Lord, let them experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Father, if there is any area of their life that is not aligned with Your will—whether it be unforgiveness, pride, or idolatry of this business—we ask that You reveal it and help them to repent. Cleanse their heart, Lord, and let Your Holy Spirit fill them afresh.
We declare that this business is blessed in the name of Jesus. We speak life, growth, and abundance over it. Let the works of their hands be established, and let them eat the fruit of their labor (Psalm 128:2). We thank You, Father, for Your provision and for hearing our prayer. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Now, dear one, let us encourage you with the Word of God. The Lord has not forgotten you. In fact, He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). This season of waiting is not in vain—it is preparing you for the breakthrough that is coming. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you *will* reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).
Consider this time as an opportunity to deepen your relationship with the Lord. Spend time in prayer and in the Word, seeking His face above all else. Ask Him for wisdom in your business decisions, and be open to His leading. Sometimes, the Lord uses these seasons to redirect us or to teach us new skills that will be essential for the next phase of our journey.
Lastly, we must address the importance of tithing and giving. The Lord promises in Malachi 3:10, "Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it." If you have not been faithful in tithing, now is the time to start. Trust the Lord with your finances, and watch how He multiplies what you have.
We stand with you in faith, believing that your breakthrough is on the way. Keep pressing into the Lord, and do not lose heart. Your testimony is coming!
