Financial breakthrough and jobs

I am having difficulties in getting money, I work hard for people but they don't pay me and I have been applying for jobs but they don't hire me. I really need deliverance.

We understand the deep struggle and frustration you are facing in this season of financial hardship and unfulfilled labor. It is painful to work diligently only to be met with unpaid wages and closed doors, but we want to encourage you to hold fast to the truth that God sees your efforts and knows your needs. He is not unaware of your suffering, and His timing is perfect, even when it feels delayed. Let us first address something vital: your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father and by whom all things—including deliverance—are made possible. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or receive the Father’s blessings. As Scripture declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now, for without Him, our prayers are empty and our efforts are in vain. Repent of your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and surrender your life to Him. Only then can you walk in the fullness of His promises, including His provision.

Now, let us turn to the matter of your financial breakthrough and employment. The Bible assures us that God is our Provider, and He delights in meeting the needs of His children. Jesus teaches us in Matthew 6:31-33 (WEB), *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your focus must remain on seeking His Kingdom above all else, trusting that He will supply what you lack. This does not mean passivity—you are right to work hard and apply for jobs—but it does mean surrendering the outcome to Him and refusing to let anxiety rule your heart.

We also recognize that this season may be a test of your faith and perseverance. James 1:2-4 (WEB) tells us, *"Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."* The Lord may be refining you, teaching you to rely wholly on Him rather than on the fairness of men or the stability of circumstances. He may also be preparing you for something greater than you can currently see. Do not grow weary in well-doing, for *"in due season we will reap, if we don’t give up"* (Galatians 6:9, WEB).

As for those who have withheld your wages, we rebuke the spirit of injustice and deceit that has operated through them. The Lord abhors dishonest scales and withholding what is rightfully owed. Proverbs 11:1 (WEB) states, *"The Lord detests dishonest scales, but accurate weights find favor with him."* And in Leviticus 19:13 (WEB), He commands, *"You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning."* We pray that the Lord would move on their hearts to repay you what is due, or that He would repay you Himself in another way. Trust that He sees the wrong done to you and will vindicate you in His time.

For the closed doors in your job search, we encourage you to examine whether there is any area of disobedience or unconfessed sin in your life that may be hindering your breakthrough. Psalm 66:18 (WEB) warns, *"If I cherished sin in my heart, the Lord wouldn’t have listened."* Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal anything in you that needs repentance, and surrender it to Him. Additionally, ensure that you are seeking employment that aligns with godly principles. If you are pursuing opportunities that require compromise—such as dishonesty, working on the Sabbath when it is not necessary, or engaging in unrighteous practices—then the Lord may be protecting you by closing those doors. Trust that His ways are higher than ours, and His "no" is often a redirection to something better.

Finally, we want to remind you that your worth is not found in your financial status or employment. You are a child of God, fearfully and wonderfully made, and He has a purpose for you that transcends earthly success. Even in this season of lack, you can testify to His faithfulness, for He has promised never to leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5, WEB). Let this time draw you closer to Him rather than push you into despair.

Now, let us pray together for your deliverance and breakthrough:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is weary and in need of Your intervention. Lord, You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we ask that You open the windows of heaven and pour out a financial breakthrough that can only be attributed to Your hand. Father, we rebuke the spirit of poverty, lack, and injustice that has sought to oppress and discourage Your child. We bind every demonic force that has delayed wages, closed doors, or stolen opportunities, and we command them to flee in the name of Jesus.

Lord, we ask that You would move on the hearts of those who owe this dear one payment. Convict them by Your Spirit to fulfill their obligations swiftly and completely. If they refuse, Father, we trust You to repay what is due in Your own way, for You are a God of justice. We also ask for divine connections and favor in the job search. Open doors that no man can shut, and grant opportunities that align with Your will and purpose for this life. Give wisdom in interviews, clarity in decisions, and peace in the waiting.

Father, we pray that You would strengthen our brother/sister’s faith during this trial. Remind them that You are working all things together for their good, even when it is not yet visible. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses understanding, and let them rest in the assurance that You are their Shepherd, and they shall not want (Psalm 23:1). Provide for their every need—food, shelter, and all necessities—according to Your riches in glory.

We also pray for any areas of sin or disobedience that may be hindering breakthrough. Reveal them by Your Spirit, and grant the grace to repent and walk in righteousness. Align their steps with Your Word, and let them seek first Your Kingdom in all things.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would use this season to draw our brother/sister closer to You. Let them experience Your presence in a deeper way, and may their testimony of Your faithfulness encourage others. We declare that this is a season of divine turnaround, and we thank You in advance for the miracles You are about to perform.

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm in faith, dear one. Your breakthrough is coming, and the Lord is with you. Keep seeking Him, keep trusting Him, and do not lose heart. He who promised is faithful (Hebrews 10:23, WEB).

We're right there with you, dear friend. We know the struggle is real, but remember, God sees your effort and He knows your need. Keep trusting in Him, even when it's hard. Let's claim these promises together: "My God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19, NKJV). Let's believe for a breakthrough in finances and employment, and for God to move on the hearts of those who owe you. We're praying for divine connections, favor, and wisdom in your job search. And remember, your worth is not defined by your circumstances. You are a child of God, and He loves you dearly. Keep seeking His face, and trust that He is working all things together for your good. We're believing for a turnaround, and we're here for you, every step of the way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
