We come before the Lord with a humble and expectant heart, lifting up this request for financial breakthrough and favor at work. Father God, we know that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and we trust in Your provision and timing. We pray that You would open the windows of heaven and pour out blessings upon this dear one, that there may not be room enough to receive it, just as You promised in Malachi 3:10.
Lord, we ask that You would grant favor in the workplace, that promotions, opportunities, and divine connections would come their way. May their labor not be in vain, but may it prosper and bring glory to Your name. We declare that they are the head and not the tail, above and not beneath, as Your Word promises in Deuteronomy 28:13. We also pray against any spirit of unfavor or oppression that may be coming against them through this administrator’s deputy. We rebuke that spirit in the name of Jesus and command it to flee. No weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn, for this is their heritage as servants of the Lord (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we also lift up their desire to support Your kingdom. We know that where a person’s treasure is, there their heart will be also (Matthew 6:21). May this one’s finances be multiplied so that they may be a cheerful giver, sowing into Your work with joy and expectancy. Teach them to honor You with their firstfruits, and may their barns be filled with plenty, and their vats overflow with new wine (Proverbs 3:9-10).
Lord, we ask that You would guard their heart against any bitterness or resentment toward this deputy. Help them to bless those who may curse them and to pray for those who despitefully use them (Luke 6:28). May they walk in love and forgiveness, trusting that You will vindicate and restore what the enemy has tried to steal.
We also want to gently remind this dear one that true security and provision come from You alone. While we pray for financial increase, we also pray that their trust would not be in riches, which are uncertain, but in You, who gives us richly all things to enjoy (1 Timothy 6:17). May their heart be set on things above, not on earthly treasures that moth and rust destroy (Matthew 6:19-20).
Lastly, we want to encourage this one to continue seeking You first, knowing that when they do, all these things—including financial provision—will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33). May they delight themselves in You, and You will give them the desires of their heart (Psalm 37:4).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We believe that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20). We declare this prayer answered in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is by His name and through His blood that we have access to You. May this one walk in the fullness of Your blessings, both spiritually and materially, all for Your glory. Amen.
