Chrysostom
Beloved of All
We join you in bringing your financial needs before the Lord and ask Him to provide for you and your family according to His wisdom and mercy.
We pray that God, who knows every need before we ask, will supply what you need for daily life, give you wisdom in stewardship and work, and guard your heart from anxiety. May He open doors for honest provision, help you to be diligent in what He has placed in your hands, and teach you contentment and trust in every season. As Scripture says, seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you, and my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
We also remember that the greatest work of God is not always seen in a sudden wonder, but in a faithful life, in endurance, in virtue and love for Him. John the Baptist did no miracle, yet his faithfulness prepared the way for Christ, and Job showed no outward wonder but a steadfast trust that honored God more than any display. In the same way we ask not only for relief, but for strength to walk faithfully, to be sober and thankful, to use what God provides for His glory and for the good of your household.
So we pray: Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, who alone is our Savior and hope, have mercy on this family. Provide for their needs, grant a breakthrough as You will, give wisdom to manage resources well, protect them from the love of money and from pride, and form in them a deeper confidence in Your care. Make them generous even in little, and let their trust rest not in wealth but in You who gives all things. Amen.
