We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this earnest plea for financial provision. Heavenly Father, we know that You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and we trust in Your promise to supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). We stand on Your Word, believing that You will open the windows of heaven and pour out blessings so great that there will not be room enough to receive them (Malachi 3:10).
Father, we pray for this dear one and their family, asking that You would indeed perform a miracle of provision in their lives this year. We rebuke the spirit of lack and poverty in the name of Jesus, declaring that it has no place in their lives. We speak abundance, sufficiency, and overflow into their financial situation, trusting that You will meet every need and even exceed their expectations. May they experience Your faithfulness in tangible ways, seeing Your hand move mightily on their behalf.
We also encourage this one to seek You first, along with Your kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33). Let them not be anxious about their finances but instead cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). We pray that they would be good stewards of what You provide, using their resources wisely and generously, always remembering that it is more blessed to give than to receive (Acts 20:35).
Lord, we ask that You would give them wisdom in their work and endeavors, blessing the labor of their hands so that they may have something to share with those in need (Ephesians 4:28). May they find joy and contentment in You, regardless of their circumstances, knowing that godliness with contentment is great gain (1 Timothy 6:6).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the One through whom we have access to the Father. We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for Your unfailing love and provision. May this one and their family walk in the fullness of Your blessings, always giving You the glory and honor. Amen.
