Finances And Trying To Get Pregnant

Please help my family out in this tough economy and please let our financial worries come to a end and please let everything look up.We are also trying to have our second child with no luck. Please let me get pregnant very soon and go the full 9 months and have a healthy child. I have already experience 2 miscarriages, please let this pregnancy go well when I do get pregnant.
