Please pray for me to find a way to make more income . Its becoming difficult as my partner of 14 years and 2 kids kicked me out and my job isnt enough . I try to think of ideas , please God be my guidance

We hear your cry for help in this difficult season, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God’s provision and wisdom. Financial struggles are heavy, especially when coupled with the pain of separation from your family. First, we must address the situation with truth and love, as Scripture calls us to walk in righteousness even in hardship.

Your mention of a "partner" for 14 years raises concern, as the Bible clearly defines marriage as a sacred covenant between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). If you and your children’s mother were not married, this relationship was not aligned with God’s design, and we must acknowledge that. However, this does not diminish your responsibility as a father or your need for God’s mercy. We encourage you to seek reconciliation only if it can be done in a way that honors God, through marriage, repentance, and commitment to His principles. If that is not possible, we pray for healing and clarity for you and your children.

Now, let us lift your financial need to the Lord, who promises to provide for His children. The Bible says, "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19). You are not forgotten, and God can open doors no man can shut. We also encourage you to seek wisdom in practical steps, exploring new job opportunities, furthering your skills, or even starting a side business with integrity. "Commit your works to the Lord, and your plans shall be established" (Proverbs 16:3).

Most importantly, we must address your relationship with Jesus Christ. You asked God for guidance, but salvation and true provision come only through faith in His Son. "Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me’" (John 14:6). If you have not surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Repent of any sin, believe in His sacrifice for you, and receive His free gift of eternal life.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts for our brother in need. Lord, You see his struggles, financial strain, broken relationships, and the weight of providing for his children. We ask that You open doors of opportunity for him, Lord, and give him wisdom to walk through them. Provide for his every need according to Your riches in glory.

Father, we also pray for healing in his family. If it is Your will, soften hearts and lead them toward reconciliation in a way that honors You, through marriage and repentance. If not, grant him strength and peace to walk in Your ways.

Lord, we ask that You draw him closer to You. If he does not know You as Savior, reveal Yourself to him. Let him experience Your love, grace, and provision in ways he never has before. Help him to trust in You alone, for You are Jehovah-Jireh, the God who provides.

We rebuke any spirit of lack, fear, or despair in Jesus’ name. We declare that this season of struggle will not define him but will be used to draw him nearer to You. Strengthen his faith, Lord, and let him see Your hand at work.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

You are not alone in this. Lean on God, seek His face daily, and trust that He will make a way where there seems to be no way. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths" (Proverbs 3:5-6). If you’d like, we can also pray for specific job opportunities or ideas, just share more, and we’ll stand with you in faith.

We ache with you over the sudden upheaval, being separated from your home and your children while trying to make ends meet on one income that simply isn’t enough. That kind of strain can feel isolating and overwhelming. We’re glad you reached out and are asking for prayer and guidance.

God often works through both open doors and wise, practical steps. While you wait for direction, it may help to connect with a local job placement agency or a career center that can help you identify skills or training that lead to higher-paying work. Some churches also have benevolence funds or care teams that provide short-term financial relief or connect people to community resources. Meeting with a financial counselor, even for a single appointment, can sometimes surface options or side-hustle ideas you haven’t considered yet. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

In the meantime, keep bringing your list of ideas before the Lord. He cares about your daily bread and your role as a father. Sometimes the next step isn’t a lightning bolt but a quiet nudge through a conversation, an unexpected job listing, or a person who offers practical help. We’ll be praying for that kind of clarity.

Lord Jesus, you see this man’s burden, the grief of separation, the pressure of finances, the deep desire to provide and be guided. Please open a reliable path for more income, steady his heart in the waiting, and surround him with the right people and opportunities. Let him sense your companionship even in this hard place. Amen.

The rending of a bond that has endured for fourteen years is a sharp and bitter sorrow, a foretaste of that more dreadful separation which awaits those who remain outside of Christ. Two who shared one bed are torn apart, and the agony of it can scarcely be borne. Yet it is precisely in such a crumbling of earthly props that the Divine voice speaks most clearly, stirring the nest to make the soul cry out, "I will arise and go unto my Father."

Your present want presses heavily, and the insufficiency of your wages breeds anxious thoughts. But consider this: you are not self-contained, not for five minutes can you live upon yourself. The very breath in your nostrils is lent to you. If God withholds His preserving power, disease and death deftly make us their prey. How much more, then, does your daily bread depend upon His hand? The most perilous position for any man is to have a large income with nobody to check him. Sometimes poverty is the safer road, for it drives us to the Fountain of all supply. Bring your empty cup and hold it under the Divine pledge, and let it be filled. Faith to accept His provision is all that is required.

You ask for guidance to find a way, yet true guidance begins with the dethroning of your own obstinacy. We do not naturally like being guided; we prefer to manage the affair very well ourselves. Haste, too, is the author of much mischief. Bow in submission to the Divine will, and by that very fact you are furnished with unerring direction. The great principle infused into every man who takes God for his Guide is this: avoid everything that is evil. Examine your path. Are there habits, resentments, or disobediences that grieve the Holy Spirit? Wisdom dressed in robes of love invites you to run into her arms, but she will not lead you down a crooked way.

There is a comfort more essential than silver and gold. Our most pressing need is the nearness of God to the soul. "My soul, wait thou only upon God, for my expectation is from Him." If He comes to bless His people, they need no more. Even so, come quickly, Lord! This is the prayer of every heart that knows its poverty. The Divine Presence melts down the glaciers of trouble like summer sun upon the Alps. Yet you cannot expect that His smile will rest upon a life that runs counter to His holy law. The believer is fully agreed with God concerning the Divine precepts; he confesses that the law is holy, and just, and good, and would not have it altered if he could. A partnership of fourteen years outside the covenant of marriage is not a thing upon which you can ask blessing without first bowing to His order. His gentleness will receive you just as you are, a poor returning prodigal, but His grace will also wean you from the breasts of self and all fond delusions.

Cast yourself wholly upon the unchangeable Savior. He has obtained eternal salvation by His one offering, a salvation far more satisfying than any temporal deliverance. What will it profit if your income multiplies yet your soul is lost? The separation that awaits the impenitent is unalterable and eternal. Flee to Christ now, while the nest is stirred and your spirit is wounded. Learn to trace the Sovereign hand in every loss, and though He slay you, yet trust in Him. The same hand that tore away your comforts sends, even now, some gentleness to sustain your spirit. Do not delay. Venture down into this new, stark day not without calling upon God for guidance. Pray, and then watch for the Divine interpositions that will surely come.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your request for prayer has been heard, and we bring it before the Lord who sees your struggle. But you must understand that prayer alone is not a charm to secure comfort while we remain in disobedience. You speak of a partner of many years, yet this bond is not the marriage that God ordained from the beginning. That you have been cast out is a bitter fruit, I know, but let it drive you not deeper into worldly schemes but to the feet of the merciful Physician. He wounds that He may heal.

Shall not he that falls arise? Lift up the hands that hang down and the feeble knees. There is hope for the sinner who wakes from sleep. But do not ask God to bless a path He has never blessed. Instead, ask Him for a contrite heart and the strength to amend your life. When you align yourself with His holy will, then you may boldly seek His provision.

We need both prayer and works, our part as well as God’s. So rise, first by true repentance, then by diligent labor and by joining yourself to the body of Christ. The eye cannot say to the hand, I have no need of you. Come, find support among the faithful, not merely for your bodily needs but for the healing of your soul. Even the rich stand in constant need of grace, how much more those who have fallen? Work quietly, pray without ceasing, and let your life be rebuilt on the foundation of His commandments. Then He who did not spare His own Son will supply every need of yours according to His riches.

The ache of what you are enduring is not lost on God, the sudden displacement, the severed home, the weight of providing when all the old supports have been pulled away. It is right to cry out for guidance, and He does not turn a deaf ear.

But before we talk about income, let me remind you of the deeper provision. There is only one remedy for your soul’s alienation, only one way the wall between you and God can be torn down: Jesus Christ. He alone atones for sin and restores your consciousness to God. If you have not fled to Him, that is the first and greatest need. Do not reject the only refuge, for there is no other. If you know Him, then cling to this: you are no longer a stranger. You have been brought into a household that time and money cannot dismantle. When blood family fails or turns you out, the ties within the body of Christ prove stronger and closer. You can find older men who will be as fathers, older women as mothers, brothers and sisters who meet you in your need with purity and practical help. You are not alone.

Now, regarding work and finances: God prepares the instrument before He uses it. He cares how you make decisions, not merely that you make one quickly. Many a person has found themselves shackled by a hasty commitment, a contract, or an ill-conceived scheme because they did not first seek the wisdom and counsel of the Lord. So pause. Bring every idea before Him. Ask Him to show you what is born of anxiety and what is born of His Spirit. Do not let the enemy drive you into a panic, for when you act in the flesh, he gains a foothold. Recognize that this crushing pressure is also a spiritual assault, and you must resist it by turning deliberately to the promises of God.

Remember Jacob: he had the word of the Lord, a direct promise to return to his family and that God would deal well with him. But when he faced what looked like imminent disaster, 400 armed men, he did not trust appearances. He cried out, “Lord, you said you would be good.” Go through your days holding fast to what God has said. He has promised to supply your needs. He has promised never to leave or forsake you. Those promises are your provision, even when every visible resource looks as dry and moldy as old bread.

Your job may not be enough right now, but God knows that. He sees the bills, the weight of supporting yourself, and even the heavy longing to care for your children though the living arrangement has been shattered. The Scriptures are clear that we have a responsibility to provide for our family; doing so honors Him. But the starting point is not scrambling ideas. The starting point is to kneel and say, “You are my Guide. I will not move until I have sought You. Show me what obedience looks like this week, and I will walk in it.”

I will pray that He opens a door of honest labor, that He gives you favor, and that He surrounds you with the practical care of His people. But I also pray that in this season of upheaval, you would discover the family you have in Christ, the peace that comes from knowing your true Kinsman-Redeemer has taken your part, and the quiet confidence that He who guided your steps toward home and provision will not abandon you now. Take no rash step. Wait on Him. He is your peace, not a future feeling but a present Person. Let Him hold you together.
