You have carved my name in the palm of Your hand and I am Your and You are mine. O Lord. Fill our hearts with Your love, with Your mercy and with compassion for lost souls. As we lift our hands toward You as a token of Your love... You o Lord are holy and pure. Never, I want to get out of Your hand o Lord, rescue my soul when I am lost and away from You. Though at times I might wander away from You, come to my aid I pray. Let the precious Holy Spirit draw me closer to You. O precious Holy Spirit come and fill our hearts anew. As we lift our hands before You as a token of our love, Holy Spirit, fill us with Your love. Search me o Lord and help me to be true to You. As long as I travel on the face of the earth, I want to be closer to You more than anything else in this world. Temptations and trials may come and go, but the everlasting love of God will never ever leave us. We shall overcome if we just cling to You. Fill o Lord this empty vessel, so I shall praise, honor and glorify Thy name all the days of my life. Till You call me home to glory.

I know you mean well, but. Was Jesus, Or the apostles, asking and saying the things you are saying? We are supposed to be walking like Jesus in this life. We have a new reborn spirit with the nature of God. Jesus lives in us now, the Holy Spirit lives in us, the Father lives in us. Wherever you go, they go. How can we consider ourselves empty when we have them living within us? We have been given the fruit of the Spirit, all the gifts to use as we need any one of them. We have received every spiritual blessing. We have been given to faith of Jesus, and the mind of Christ. We can ask for the baptism of the Holy Spirit for power and walk in power like the apostles. We are in Jesus, Jesus is in us. Jesus is seated at the Right Hand of the Father, and so are we. We can experience the glory of God in our lives, now.

By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence.
