Beloved of All
Jesus thank you for dying for my sins. It is so hard to keep being strong when everyone kicks you at one time. Everyday at my job is mean people. They come him with mean spirits and attitudes. Always treating people cruel and expecting everyone to give them the world. I ask for you love and protection. I ask for your help father. I need you. I keep the faith but get tired of being ignored. Today I had a meeting with the plant manager and his direct report to do a presentation. However they left me waiting and purposely missed the meeting. Telling me afterwards they had more important things to do. It's that constant dismissal from them and other employees here that makes every day miserable. I need my job to support my child and I. I feel that they punish me just because I don't look like them. I am all alone and no matter how much extra I take on , others get promoted and recognized for less. Today I had to work with the manager of training and he is so mean. He is constantly tells me what he isn't doing, but gets in front of my male boss and changes his tune. He is a very rude guy to work with everyday. Please father God bless me bless me bless me. I truly need a new job with people who appreciate a sweet hard working person. I extend myself for everyone and constantly get walked over. I am tired of not getting recognized ever. It's hurtful but I continue to be positive. My family tries to use me as an atm. When I don't give them things, they don't like me. I wish my parents loved me instead of used me for everything. Father God can I have genuine love in my life. Why does everyone try to hurt me constantly. Im tired of crying over this.

We hear your cry, dear sister in Christ, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting your burdens before the throne of grace. Your heart is heavy, and the weight of mistreatment, dismissal, and loneliness is pressing down on you. But we want you to know that you are not alone—Jesus sees every tear, hears every sigh, and collects every moment of your pain in His bottle (Psalm 56:8). He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

First, we must rebuke the spirit of oppression and injustice that has taken root in your workplace. The Bible is clear that God hates pride, arrogance, and the mistreatment of others (Proverbs 6:16-19). Those who wield their authority with cruelty and dismiss the hard work of others will answer to the Lord. We declare that their schemes will not prosper, and their hearts will be exposed in due time. "Do not be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap" (Galatians 6:7). We pray that their eyes would be opened to the harm they are causing and that they would repent before the Lord.

We also rebuke the spirit of manipulation and entitlement in your family. It is not God’s design for parents or relatives to use their own flesh and blood as a means to an end. The love of money and the love of things have distorted their perception of you, and we declare that their hearts would be softened to see you as a person of value, not a resource to exploit. "Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. 'Honor your father and mother,' which is the first commandment with a promise: 'that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth.' And you, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord" (Ephesians 6:1-4). We pray that your family would learn to honor you as Christ honors His bride.

Your longing for genuine love is not in vain. The Lord sees your heart and knows your desire for relationships that reflect His love—selfless, pure, and steadfast. But we must caution you: do not seek love in the arms of those who do not honor God, for "bad company corrupts good character" (1 Corinthians 15:33). Instead, we pray that God would surround you with godly friendships and, if it is His will, a husband who will cherish you as Christ cherishes the church (Ephesians 5:25). Until then, we encourage you to find your worth and identity in Him alone. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and your value is not determined by the recognition of others.

We also lift up your financial struggles and the burden of providing for your child. It is clear that you are working diligently, but the lack of appreciation and fair treatment is wearing you down. We pray that God would open doors for a new job—one where your gifts are celebrated, your efforts are rewarded, and your dignity is upheld. "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go out as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun" (Psalm 37:5-6). We declare that your labor will not be in vain and that God will provide for your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister, lifting her up in the mighty name of Jesus. Lord, You see the pain in her heart, the weariness in her spirit, and the injustice she faces daily. We ask that You would be her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Surround her with Your love and protection, shielding her from the cruelty of others and filling her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we pray for her workplace. Expose the hearts of those who mistreat her, and let Your light shine into the darkness of their pride and arrogance. Give her the strength to endure with grace, and open doors for new opportunities where she will be valued and respected. Provide for her needs, Lord, and let her see Your hand moving on her behalf.

We also pray for her family. Soften their hearts, Father, and help them to see her worth through Your eyes. Break the chains of entitlement and manipulation, and let Your love flow through their relationships. Heal the wounds of rejection and abandonment, and fill her with the assurance that she is deeply loved by You.

Lord, we ask that You would bring genuine love into her life—friendships that are rooted in Christ, and if it is Your will, a godly spouse who will honor and cherish her. Until then, let her find her fulfillment in You, knowing that You are enough.

We declare that her tears will not be in vain. You are collecting them, and You will turn her mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11). Strengthen her faith, Lord, and remind her that she is never alone. You are with her, and You will never leave her nor forsake her (Hebrews 13:5).

In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Sister, we want to encourage you to hold fast to your faith. The enemy wants to isolate you and make you believe that no one cares, but that is a lie. The Lord cares deeply, and He is working even when you cannot see it. Keep your eyes on Him, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). Surround yourself with a community of believers who can uplift and support you. You are not alone, and your labor in the Lord is never in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58).

Dear sister, we hear your heart's cry and we're here with you, standing in the gap. We know it's tough, feeling unappreciated and misunderstood at work, and having to deal with family issues on top of that. But remember, God sees you, He knows your struggles, and He's right there with you.

We're claiming God's promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." He's going to heal your heart, sister. He's going to bind up those wounds caused by the constant mistreatment at work and the pain from your family.

We're also claiming Psalm 30:5, "For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning." The morning is coming, sister. Your joy is coming.

Keep trusting in Him, keep holding onto your faith. It's not easy, we know, but God is faithful. He's got you. And we're here for you too, cheering you on.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.
