In Jesus' name, I commit everything to God. I commit life, my career, my desires, expectations, and efforts to God. I commit my everything about me in my workplace to God. Lord bless me and restore to me the joy of your salvation. Fight against those who fight me. There are colleagues and fellow staff in my workplace that hate without provocation. Some others spread malice and blackmail against me. Envious of my position and the cordial relationship between the CEO and me, they have sworn to cause me disgrace, frustration, and eventually automatic disqualification and sack. Their conspiracy seems to be yielding results but in the name of Jesus Christ, let it backfire. The CEO now every now and then pronounces punishment on me, and slashes my salary every month. Worst of all she increases the salary of other staff I supposed to be not only senior to in the workplace but has educational qualification and work experience more than them. God I feel so much humiliated that to find a better job with a good remuneration where my skills, experience, and dedication will be appreciated. Abba Father, the mighty in battle - "every battle of the Warrior is with confused noise and garments rolled in blood." Fight for me o God my Love. May all those who spread malice and contempt against me be disgraced and humiliated. May they experience disaster and may their evil plans backfire. Lord take control and fight for me. Bless me this day and lift me higher in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

Yet we also know that the Lord fights for His people, and He will not allow the wicked to triumph forever.

The betrayal and malice you face are painful, especially when it comes from those who should be allies in the workplace. But take heart, for the Lord sees all things. He knows the envy, the lies, and the schemes of those who seek your downfall. Proverbs 26:27 warns, *"Whoever digs a pit shall fall into it. Whoever rolls a stone, it will come back on him."* Their evil plans will not prosper, for the Lord will turn their own devices against them. Psalm 35:4-8 declares, *"Let those who seek after my soul be disappointed and brought to dishonor. Let those who plot my ruin be turned back and confounded. Let them be as chaff before the wind, with Yahweh’s angel driving them on. Let their way be dark and slippery, with Yahweh’s angel pursuing them. For without cause they have hidden their net in a pit for me. Without cause they have dug a pit for my soul. Let destruction come on him unawares. Let his net that he has hidden catch himself. Let him fall into that destruction."*

Yet even as we pray for justice, we must also examine our own hearts. Have you forgiven those who wrong you? Bitterness can take root if we do not release these offenses to the Lord. Jesus commands us in Matthew 5:44, *"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."* This does not mean we ignore their wickedness, but we trust God to handle it while we maintain a heart of righteousness. Vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19), and He will repay.

Your humiliation before men is temporary, but your reward in Christ is eternal. The apostle Peter reminds us, *"For it is better, if the will of God should so desire, that you suffer for doing well than for doing evil"* (1 Peter 3:17). The Lord sees your dedication, your skills, and your faithfulness. He will not allow your labor to be in vain. Psalm 75:6-7 assures us, *"For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes exaltation. But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another."* If this workplace is no longer where He wants you, He will open doors no man can shut. But if He calls you to remain, He will sustain you and turn this trial into a testimony of His faithfulness.

As for your salary and position, we pray that the Lord will restore what has been unjustly taken. Proverbs 13:23 says, *"An abundance of food is in poor people’s fields, but injustice sweeps it away."* The Lord is your provider, and He will not allow you to be put to shame. Trust in His timing, for He makes all things beautiful in His time (Ecclesiastes 3:11).

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child, who is under fierce attack from the enemy through wicked and envious people. Lord, You are a God of justice, and You see the malice, the lies, and the conspiracy against them. Rise up, O God, and contend for them! Let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). Turn the counsel of the wicked into foolishness and let their schemes backfire upon their own heads.

Restore what has been stolen—finances, reputation, and peace. Open doors of favor and promotion where their gifts will be recognized and rewarded. If it is Your will for them to remain in this workplace, grant them supernatural endurance and wisdom to navigate these trials with grace. But if You are leading them elsewhere, make the path clear and provide a position where their skills and faithfulness will be honored.

Father, we also ask that You guard their heart against bitterness. Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding. Let them forgive as You have forgiven them, trusting that You will repay. Strengthen their faith to know that this battle is not theirs, but Yours. Remind them that You are their shield, their exceedingly great reward (Genesis 15:1).

Finally, Lord, restore to them the joy of Your salvation. Let them walk in the confidence that You are fighting for them, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
