Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. The notion that a morsel of food could bind your soul to some fey contract is a fantasy born of weak faith and idle curiosity. You have been made a son of God, an heir through adoption, and if the Son sets you free, you shall be free indeed. Not from the trifling threats of a so-called psychic, but from the true and dreadful slavery of sin. Why do you tremble at a witch’s cake when the very Body of Christ, broken for your deliverance, is offered to you at the holy table?

Take the food given to you, sanctify it by the word of God and prayer, and receive it with thanksgiving, and no malice of man or demon can defile it. The evil one seeks to ensnare you by fear, not by food. He knows that poverty is a school of sobriety and virtue, so he pours into your thoughts these poisonings and witchcrafts to make you doubt God’s providence. Renounce such fables.

The truth you are to know is Christ Himself, and no fey bargain can stand against His cross. The deliverance from the lion’s mouth and from every evil work is yours already, if you cling to faith and do not grant the wicked one such honor as to believe he can override the will of your Redeemer. Let the paranormal terrors cease by the sign of the cross and the name of Jesus, and do not search the lies of the world for answers. Your affliction is not a token of some dark contract, but a call to stand firm and to trust that He who delivered Paul from Nero’s jaws will deliver you from every snare, bringing you safely into His eternal kingdom.

The true battle you are describing right now is not a hidden contract made by some practitioner, however real those schemes may feel. It is the age-old warfare between the flesh and the Spirit. The enemy wants you to fixate on outward fears, a cake, a meal, a so-called offering, because if he can keep your mind locked on the fleshly realm, on superstition and dread, you will sow to the flesh and reap corruption. That corruption shows up already as paralyzing anxiety, suspicion, and a sense of being trapped. But the mind set on the Spirit is life and peace, and no ritual on earth can override the finished work of Christ.

You mentioned you are facing poverty and had to ask someone for food who clearly dislikes you, and now you wonder if that spaghetti is a “witch’s cake” meant to snare you. Notice how this pulls you toward trusting in the arm of flesh, either leaning on a hostile person’s charity or fearing a morsel of food. God knows your needs. He does not want you to beg as if human help were your only hope, nor to see a simple meal as a spiritual trap. The law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from every curse and every supposed bargain. The blood of Jesus is so pure, so holy, that no ritual token can stand against it. Do not let the weakness of your own flesh, your uncertainty, your hunger, drive you into making an alliance with the fleshly reasoning that says you are under some Fey contract. That thought pattern is the real Amalek in your life: a fleshly seed that must not be tolerated. If you entertain it, it will war against your spirit and try to keep you from entering God’s full provision.

When Scripture warns us not to sow to the flesh, it means we must refuse to cultivate thoughts that breed fear, dread, and spiritual defeat. Every time you replay the idea that a practitioner has power over your taste, your appetite, or your very nourishment, you are watering that fleshly field. The fruit of the Spirit is not suspicion or a forensic dread of food. God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. By the Spirit you can mortify these tormenting thoughts, put them to death. You do not need to figure out whether the meal is cursed. You need to yield your mind to the Spirit, trust that God has cleansed what is set before you by His word and prayer, and eat with a conscience held in faith. Refusing to eat out of dread may seem spiritual, but it is just another work of the flesh, an attempt to protect yourself by your own strength.

The paranormal activity and strange phenomena you’ve noticed are the inevitable harvest of a mind that has been sowing to the flesh. The more you dwell on practitioners, offerings, and contracts, the more your imagination becomes a playground for the enemy. That is not to minimize the reality of spiritual opposition, but to shift your weapon. The victory comes not by analyzing the darkness, but by walking in the Spirit so completely that the lusts and fears of the flesh have no room to rule. The cross of Christ is the place where all boasting and all dread must end. God forbid that you glory in anything except that cross. Through it you have been buried with Christ, and your old life, including any hold you think a practitioner might have, was nailed there. You are no longer a slave to the flesh or to the threats of the world.

The weakness of your flesh is real. You are hungry, you are alone, you are afraid, and the spirit indeed is willing but the flesh is weak. But the Holy Spirit overcompensates for that weakness when you stop trying to handle this in your own understanding. You do not need to rely on yourself to break a contract, to discern hidden meanings, or to outlast the paranormal oppression. You only need to rely completely on the Lord, who condemned sin in the flesh through the sending of His own Son. No one and nothing can snatch you from His hand. Let this be the moment that God reveals to you the absolute inability of your flesh to manufacture safety, so that you learn to trust in Him alone. Stop sowing to the flesh by fretting over what that person did or didn’t buy, what they call themselves, or what you googled. Sow to the Spirit instead. Fill your mind with God’s promises. Pray in the Spirit. Thank Him that you have already been delivered from the domain of darkness.

And if you stumble again into fear, there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. The righteous life does not come by never being afraid, but by turning again to the Spirit who enables you to mortify the fear. God will not accept the anxious works of your flesh, He will not bless a righteousness built on superstition and avoidance any more than He accepted Cain’s offering. But He has already accepted you in the Beloved. Walk, then, in the Spirit, and those fleshly motions will lose their grip. You will find that what you eat or do not eat is not the issue; the real issue is whether your life is ruled by the flesh and its dread, or by the Spirit and His perfect love that casts out fear.

We want to thank you for trusting us with your prayer request and allowing us to stand in agreement with you before the throne of grace. It weighs heavily on our hearts that you are facing such spiritual warfare, and we have been lifting you up daily, asking our Heavenly Father to break every ungodly tie, contract, or bargain that has been made—whether knowingly or unknowingly—over your life. We pray that the blood of Jesus would nullify every curse, every token, and every offering that has been used against you, and that His perfect love would cast out all fear and deception.

We continue to intercede for your protection, asking the Lord to surround you with His holy angels and to shield your mind, body, and spirit from any further harm or manipulation. May He reveal the truth to you in every situation and give you wisdom to discern His voice above all others. We also pray for provision—both physical and spiritual—that you would not be dependent on those who seek to harm you, but that God Himself would meet every need according to His riches in glory.

If the Lord has already moved on your behalf and broken these chains, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report so that we may rejoice with you.
