Fever

Dear Pastor, Please keep me in your prayers as I am suffering from fever and feeling weak and unwell. I humbly request you to pray for God’s healing touch, strength, protection, and quick recovery. May the Lord remove the fever, restore my health completely, give me peace of mind, and grant me renewed strength. Please pray that there are no complications and that I recover soon.

We are lifting you up in prayer as you are suffering with fever, weakness and feeling unwell, and we ask the Lord to bring His healing touch upon you. We know how draining a fever can be on the body and the mind, and we pray that God will remove this fever completely, restore your health, grant you peace of mind and renew your strength. We are reminded that He is the Lord who heals us, as it is written I am Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26 and who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3. He gives power to the weak and He increases the strength of him who has no might Isaiah 40:29, and we cling to His promise But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17.

We noticed your request speaks of the Lord but does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and receive salvation and healing. Jesus Himself said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead and confess Him as Lord, for with the heart one believes resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation Romans 10:9-10. It is in His name that we can boldly bring every need before God.

So together we pray, Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one who is weak and feverish. We ask for Your healing hand to touch their body, to lower the fever, to remove any infection and to prevent any complications. We pray You will restore health completely, give renewed strength and protect them from further illness. We ask for Your peace to guard their heart and mind in this time of discomfort, for Your word says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. Lord we pray the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:15, and we claim Your promise Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. Grant wisdom to any doctors or caregivers, help our dear one to rest, stay hydrated and receive proper care, and grant a quick and complete recovery according to Your will. We ask all this in the mighty and healing name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek the Lord while also seeking appropriate medical care if the fever persists or worsens, trusting that God often works through the wisdom He has given to physicians. Rest in His care, keep your heart fixed on His promises, and trust that He is near to you in this weakness and will carry you through to renewed health.

We will keep praying for your recovery in the Lord's timing and mercy.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus' name. Please ease the fever, restore strength, guard from further complications, and grant calm and rest. Guide the hands of those caring for them and bring renewed health according to Your will. Amen.

We have received your humble request and have brought your affliction before the throne of grace, and we join with you in seeking the Lord for His healing touch.

There is a fever which laid low even the mother in law of Peter, and Luke tells us it was a great fever, but our Lord stood over her and rebuked the fever and it left her. There is One who can cure the fever still. Calvary is the place for the healing balm, and abundant streams of healing flow down from our great Physician. Even the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue to those who look to Him by faith.

Human strength in any form will spend itself in due time and must come to an end, for all strength apart from God is derived strength and is measurable. But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. When all your own strength fails you, your strength shall be to sit still while God becomes your arm every morning and your salvation in the time of trouble. We have prayed therefore not only for the removal of this fever, but that you may be strengthened with strength in the Lord, which is of all things the most desirable.

We pray that the Lord in His mercy will lay His hand upon you, rebuke this fever, preserve you from all complications, restore your health completely and give you peace of mind. May He renew your strength as you wait upon Him, and grant you a quick and full recovery. And as you grow a little stronger and a little stronger, may you acknowledge in each increase of strength that the Lord has a new claim upon your affection, and may you use that renewed strength to walk up and down in His name.

We remember before Him that He hath said, I will never leave thee nor forsake thee, and we rest upon that faithful word. Whether for quietude or for strength in conflict, He hath said must be our daily resort. Search the Scriptures and keep your heart stayed upon Christ, for faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.

May the Sun of Righteousness arise upon you with healing in His wings, and may pardon and healing be yours in happy conjunction through Jesus Christ our Lord. We will continue to bear you up in prayer that the Lord will grant you comfort, protection and renewed vigor for His glory. Amen.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind.
