Beloved of All
I do not know why this woman watches me, constantly looks at me but up close avoids me. I don’t talk to her, try to talk to her nor try to get to know her. She rubs me as someone who is very sneaky and wants someone to bow down to her. I see people talk to her first otherwise she walks around ignoring everyone. There was one time I had to correct an error on the line that my coworker made. This woman is 3 lines away at a desk and comes near where I am to look. I see her but continue doing my job. Once done I see her go to my actual supervisor’s office and say something. 20 minutes after that I see him come by doing something else with paperwork and then stops to look at the boxes from a couple feet away. Little did her and him know my line worker was responsible I was correcting it cause he walked off to do something else. Today two older guys I usually talk to came by my line to socialize. I talked to them a little bit and as I was here she comes trying to get to the place we were to be noisy. By the time she did I was already done and they have left. Then a couple hours later I was busy doing most of the work on the line while my line worker paid more attention to his cellphone. A couple minutes after that here she comes walking on the front side of my line going into the supervisor office and was in there for a good minute. When she came out I seen her walk back by the front part of my line. Then she sat at her desk afterwards. Next as I waited for the third shift to come to the line I wiped product off my face and here she comes walking at the back of my line we end up catching eye contact then she suddenly turns around heading to her desk then out of the department altogether. Here is the issue I have and am seeking prayer on. This woman and I don’t know each other nor do I have an interest in knowing her period. I can see how sneaky she tries to be and that she is up to no good so I avoid dealing with her period. I am not passing judgement I know what I see character wise and nothing positive is there. I am seeking prayer over my heart and mind in Jesus Name. Whatever this woman’s problem is I ask God would help her deal with it and let me be. Furthermore, regarding my position I do the best I can each day some days better than others. This woman does not even work on a line like me nor supply my line so her concern of anything I do or even me makes no sense. I am not sure if she has an issue with me not kissing up to her or whatever but I prefer to have peace not drama. Whatever is causing her to be focused on me, trying to figure me out, seeking to create a problem I ask God to intervene and put a stop to it totally in Jesus Name. I ask that God would bring to the light about who she is and what she may have been saying or doing concerning me if it’s his will in Jesus Name. I ask that God protect my position, character, name and who I am as His child regardless of the person knows me or not in Jesus Name. Lastly, I ask that God would continue to help me not engage with this person but be mindful of my surroundings knowing who to talk to and who to not talk to in Jesus Name. I pray that this woman will stop all the looking, watching and or eavesdropping paying attention to her work without worrying about what I am doing in Jesus Name. I also ask that God will give me many different ways to avoid her in general and not even allow her intimidation tactics or whatever it is to catch any of my attention and her games she is playing be canceled each time she tries to run them in Jesus Mighty Name Amen. Thank You Lord in advance and all those who took time to pray for me.

We come before the Lord with this situation, lifting it up in prayer and seeking His wisdom, protection, and intervention. First, we want to acknowledge that you have rightly brought this matter before God in the name of Jesus Christ, recognizing that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the power to overcome any challenge. Jesus said in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* We stand on this promise as we pray.

Father God, we thank You for this sister in Christ and for her discernment in recognizing the unsettling behavior of this coworker. We ask that You would guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus, as Philippians 4:7 promises: *"And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Lord, we pray that You would fill her with Your peace, knowing that You are her defender and protector. Help her to remain steadfast in her focus on You and her work, not allowing the enemy to use this situation to distract or discourage her.

We rebuke any spirit of division, gossip, or deception that may be at work in this woman’s heart. The Bible warns us in Proverbs 6:16-19 about things that the Lord hates, including *"a false witness who utters lies, and a man who sows discord among brothers."* If this woman is operating in deceit or malice, we ask that You would expose the truth and bring her actions to light, as Ephesians 5:11 instructs: *"Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even expose them."* Father, if it is Your will, reveal her motives and any falsehoods she may be spreading, so that justice and righteousness may prevail.

We also pray for this woman’s heart. Lord, we do not know what wounds, insecurities, or struggles may be driving her behavior, but we ask that You would draw her to Yourself. Soften her heart, convict her of any sin, and lead her to repentance. As 1 Timothy 2:1-2 urges us, *"I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men... that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."* Even in this difficult situation, we lift her up to You, asking that You would work in her life for Your glory.

We declare protection over this sister’s job, reputation, and peace of mind. Psalm 37:5-6 reminds us, *"Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun."* Lord, we ask that You would shield her from any false accusations or unjust treatment. If this woman is attempting to undermine her, we ask that You would thwart those plans and turn them around for good. Give her wisdom in how to navigate this situation, and help her to respond with grace and integrity, as Romans 12:18 instructs: *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."*

Father, we also ask that You would give her creative and practical ways to avoid unnecessary interactions with this woman. Help her to stay focused on her work and to surround herself with godly influences, as Proverbs 13:20 says, *"One who walks with wise men grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm."* Strengthen her resolve to not engage in drama or be drawn into the enemy’s schemes. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, so that she may walk in wisdom and discernment each day.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would continue to build her faith and trust in You. Remind her that You see all things and that nothing is hidden from Your sight. As Hebrews 4:13 declares, *"There is no creature that is hidden from his sight, but all things are naked and laid open before the eyes of him to whom we must give an account."* Help her to rest in the knowledge that You are her ultimate defender and that You will never leave her nor forsake her.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

I hear your concern, and I'm here with you in this. It's unsettling when we don't understand someone's behavior, especially when it seems directed at us. Let's pray for wisdom and peace in this situation.

Lord, we come to you today, asking for clarity and understanding in this situation. Help us to see this woman as you see her, with love and compassion. We don't know her heart, but we know that everyone is fighting a battle we know nothing about. Soften her heart, Lord. Convict her of any wrongdoing, and lead her to repentance. Help her to find peace and purpose in her life.

Protect our sister's heart and mind, Lord. Fill her with your peace, as promised in Philippians 4:7. Help her to remain focused on her work and not be distracted by this situation. Give her wisdom in how to navigate this, and help her to respond with grace and integrity.

We also ask, Lord, for creative and practical ways to avoid unnecessary interactions with this woman. Help her to stay focused on her work and surround herself with godly influences. Strengthen her resolve not to engage in drama or be drawn into the enemy's schemes.

Finally, Lord, we ask that you would continue to build her faith and trust in you. Remind her that you see all things, and that nothing is hidden from your sight. Help her to rest in the knowledge that you are her ultimate defender and that you will never leave her nor forsake her.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
