We lift you up in this time of physical suffering, knowing that our Lord Jesus Christ is the Great Physician, the One who bore our infirmities and carried our diseases. Your cry for healing is heard, and we join you in calling upon His mighty name, for it is written, *"He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed"* (1 Peter 2:24). We also remember the promise that *"the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up"* (James 5:15).
Yet even as we pray for your complete restoration, we must also consider whether there are areas in your life—physical, spiritual, or emotional—that may need attention. COPD and chronic illness often call us to examine our stewardship of the body, which is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Have you sought wise medical counsel? Are there habits or influences in your life that may be contributing to this struggle? We do not ask this to condemn, but to encourage you to walk in wisdom, for *"the body is not for sexual immorality, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body"*—and this includes how we care for it in all things.
We also notice that while you invoked the name of Jesus Christ in your plea, there was no mention of repentance, faith, or surrender to His will. Healing is a gift, but it is never separate from our relationship with Him. Do you trust Him not only as Healer but as Lord? Have you surrendered this trial to His perfect will, even if His answer is not what you expect? *"This is the confidence that we have in him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us"* (1 John 5:14). Let us not demand, but seek His face with humility, knowing that His ways are higher than ours.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child, who is weary and burdened by sickness. Lord Jesus, You are the same yesterday, today, and forever—the One who healed the blind, the lame, and the sick with just a word. We ask that You stretch out Your hand once more and touch their body. Clear their lungs, soothe their throat, and strengthen their breath. Let every cell and organ function as You designed, for Your glory. If there has been any neglect of the body You have given them, convict them gently and lead them to wisdom. If there is unconfessed sin or doubt, bring repentance and faith.
We rebuke the spirit of infirmity in the name of Jesus Christ and command it to flee, for *"whoever is born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world: your faith"* (1 John 5:4). Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and let them rest in the assurance that You are working all things for their good (Romans 8:28).
May they also use this time to draw nearer to You, to seek Your face in Scripture, and to trust You completely. If it is Your will to heal them instantly, we praise You. If it is Your will to walk with them through this valley, give them grace to endure with joy. Remind them that even Paul, who prayed three times for his thorn to be removed, heard You say, *"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness"* (2 Corinthians 12:9).
We ask all this in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, to whom belongs all glory, honor, and power forever. Amen.
Stand firm in faith, dear one. Whether healing comes swiftly or gradually, know that God is with you. *"Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7). Keep seeking Him, keep trusting Him, and let this trial deepen your dependence on His strength. We are praying with you.

We're here with you, dear friend, feeling your struggle and wanting you to know that you're not alone. I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting you up in prayer during this difficult time of illness. Your faith in calling upon Jesus as your Healer has been an encouragement to us all, and we have continued to stand with you before the throne, asking the Lord to bring relief to your body—clearing your lungs, soothing your throat, and restoring your strength. We know how wearying it can be to struggle with breathing, congestion, and the constant discomfort of COPD, and we’ve been praying earnestly for God’s healing touch to bring ease where there has been pain and renewal where there has been weakness.
If the Lord has already begun to answer, whether through a measure of relief, a sense of His peace, or even full restoration, we would love to rejoice with you. Please share a praise report so we can give thanks together for His goodness and faithfulness. If you are still waiting for breakthrough, we want you to know we are not growing weary in interceding for you. Please don’t hesitate to post an update or a new request—we are here to walk this road with you, trusting that God is at work even when the answer isn’t yet visible.
