Feeling tired, dicouraged, frustrated with trying to sell home to downsize

Please pray that if it is Gods will for us to sell and downsize that our home will sell soon. It's been on the market on and of for past 3 year. It's been listed for 43 days this time and no offers. I am tired, frustrated, especially because we are homes we like and might work then they get sold and as new listings pop up they pop for higher prices. We are looking at homes that are about 1000-1300 sq ft smaller. Our home is 3824 sq ft. We like the size and space but we really much rather have less house and less years of mortgage. Where it gets discouraging  and frustrating is that the smaller homes seem to be going up in price while we already reduced price if ours more than we wanted to. If we reduce it any further we might downsize only to end up still owing the same. Please pray that if this is still the wise thing to do that it will soon sell and for Gods favor and blessing in the sale beginning with offers and final sale price. The reason we are trying to do this is to end up in a better financial situations. As prices of smaller home go up and ours reduced to what it has it could just end owing the same which would not be a wise thing to do. Do pray that if its not a wise thing to or not in Gods will that He will reveal that to us clearly and we could just take it off the market and we could put our time,energy in other things
 
Also, please pray that if and  when our house does sell for us as we look to purchase  a smaller home with more backyard for play. Please pray for Gods wisdom, favor, blessings, protection for us as we shop, make offers and purchase a home. Pray that God will make available the right home at a good price and help us through whole process of selling to downsize
