Feeling Like Myself But This Could Be Bad

Im feeling like my old self

im usually funny in a way and have a good time

i was just thinking what if this person knew what i was saying in my head 

and what they would be thinking about me

and then i laugh and get joy by thinking they would be thinking something good and being understanding of what i was saying

i think about these things alot and get a kick out it

but then i start being paranoid about the person and that gives me bad feelings 

im having fun again but its all fun and games until something bad happens

the bad stuff just creeps up in your mind and soul and it gets worse

then i start having a horrible time

so its like i can't be myself because i will end up in a bad way again 

im scared 

i don't want to end up the way that i did

i just want to get better and stay better

and i have gotten so far too

i kind of don't want to be me again just to stay safe

i don't know what to do

Please everyone pray for me

that everything stays good and works out

i want to be set free from some things

Please help me Jesus

In Jesus name i pray that you help me fix these problems
