Feeling like I cannot breathe deep, something on my chest

PLease pray that I will be released of all stress, I am breathing not as I should, something is not right, as I breathe too shallow, and feeling like fire in my chest and stomach. I suppose it is stress, also because my ex called me 8 times on Saturday, but I said to myself that it is not good for me to be in contact with him, and so I feel tension in my body, because I must control myself not to call him. I am afraid that he will again play some game...He said in a text message I called you because I want to be with you...but he is not humble....Pray for me..I want a godly husband for me, not a counterfeit. Also, relationship with a home group leader (some kind of deacon) in the church ended the day before yesterday with a fight....(she is too domineering).
