Kensem, we are truly sorry to hear about your feelings of devastation and loneliness. We want to lift you up in prayer and encourage you with God's word.
Firstly, we want to remind you that your value and worth are not determined by your marital status. As Psalm 139:13-14 (WEB) says, "For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well." You are precious in God's sight, and He has a purpose and plan for your life.
However, we understand your desire to get married and start a family. We will pray that God will bring the right person into your life, according to His will. We pray that you will seek God's guidance in this area, as Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB) encourages, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
We want to remind you that God's design for marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, as outlined in Matthew 19:4-6 (WEB), "He answered, “Haven’t you read that he who made them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, ‘For this cause a man shall leave his father and mother, and shall be joined to his wife; and the two shall become one flesh?’ So that they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, don’t let man tear apart.”"
We also want to encourage you to seek God's comfort in your feelings of loneliness. Psalm 34:18 (WEB) says, "Yahweh is near to the brokenhearted. He saves those who are crushed in spirit." Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.
Dear Lord, we lift up ### to you. We ask that you comfort him/her in his/her feelings of devastation and loneliness. We pray that you will bring the right person into his/her life, according to your will. Help him/her to trust in you and seek your guidance. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, ###, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus. We want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As Acts 4:12 (WEB) says, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, the only one who can save us and give us eternal life.
