We have heard your cry for deliverance from many fears and fearful thoughts and we join together with you in Jesus' name to seek our Father's help and peace for you.
We want you to know that fear does not come from God and He does not want you to live in bondage to it. The Scripture tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7 that God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. And in 1 John 4:18 we are told there is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has punishment. He who fears is not made perfect in love. Our God loves you perfectly and His love is able to cast out every fear as you draw near to Him.
Fearful thoughts can feel overwhelming and intrusive, but we are called to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ as it says in 2 Corinthians 10:5. This means we do not have to entertain or be controlled by these thoughts, but we can bring them to Jesus and replace them with His truth. He promises in Isaiah 41:10 Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. And in Psalm 34:4 I sought Yahweh, and he answered me, and delivered me from all my fears.
We also hear that you asked in Jesus’ name and we rejoice that you did, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we find deliverance and salvation. As it says in Philippians 4:6-7 In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
We rebuke the spirit of fear that has been tormenting your mind, for it has no rightful place in the heart of a child of God. We encourage you to daily fill your mind with the Word of God, to memorize and speak His promises aloud when fearful thoughts arise, to pray continually and to cast all your cares upon Him because He cares for you. When fear comes, turn it immediately into prayer and thanksgiving, remembering that God is with you and for you.

Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You who is oppressed by many fears and fearful thoughts. We thank You that You see and love this person and that You desire to give peace and not fear. We ask in the mighty name of Jesus Christ that You deliver our friend from every fear and break every chain of anxious and fearful thinking. Fill this heart and mind with Your power, Your love, and a sound mind. Let Your perfect love cast out all fear. Guard this heart and mind with Your peace which surpasses all understanding in Christ Jesus. Help this dear one to take every thought captive to You, to trust in Your presence and strength, and to walk in the freedom and courage You have provided. Strengthen faith and remind this one daily that You are with them, You are their God, You will strengthen and uphold them. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.
We encourage you to keep seeking Him daily in prayer and in the Scriptures, to speak His promises over your life, and to fellowship with other believers who can support you in prayer. God is faithful and He will deliver you as you trust in Him.

Your fears and fearful thoughts have been heard and we have carried them with you to the mercy seat, where God loves to meet His people and where deliverance is found.
There is a precious word which meets your case, "You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You." Perfect peace is not found by going rambling round and round to find it within yourself, but by staying your mind upon the Lord Jesus Christ and upon His blood which whispers peace within. When the mind is stayed on Him, He keeps the heart in peace, peace, even in this dark world of sin and with sorrows surging round.
You do well to ask for deliverance in Jesus Name, for God has not only invented a way of deliverance, but He has found a ransom. He has found it in the precious blood of His Son. You are accepted in the Beloved, justified by faith, and have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. The clock of mercy has struck and the ransom has been paid, so you need not doubt your deliverance, for God Himself has said, I have found a ransom.
Hear also how often the Lord says, Fear not. Fear not, thou worm Jacob, I will help thee, saith the Lord. Fear not, for I am with thee, be not dismayed, for I am thy God. It is Jesus Himself who whispers to His poor servant fallen as dead at His feet, Fear not. To be afraid when He has thus spoken is to dishonor Him, as though the arm which piled the heavens could be palsied. Fear is weakening and it unfits you to meet your difficulty, but faith overcomes fear when you cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
Do not spread your griefs to the pitiless sea, nor hearken to the thought that God's ear is shut. When the Spirit draws you to the mercy seat, such a fear must vanish, for if you are at the mercy seat, God is there too. Stay at home in your closet with your God, tell Him all, and look steadily to Him for deliverance. Those eyes of faith have mighty power with Christ, and He delights to answer.
We pray for you now, that the Lord would deliver you from the noise of fearful thoughts and keep you in perfect peace. O Lord God, look upon this trembling one who is much beset with fears. Speak Your own word, Fear not, to this heart. Stay this mind upon Christ, cover this soul with the blood of Jesus, and let perfect peace reign within. Teach this dear one to cast all care upon You, to trust Your promise that You will help, and to know that being justified by faith there is peace with You through Jesus Christ our Lord. Bring deliverance from this pit by Your found ransom, and make this life to be hidden with Christ and free from fear. In the Name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour we ask it, Amen.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
