Fear Of Miscarriage

We just found out that I am pregnant, and I am 4 weeks 5 days along. I have been having some cramping as well as some lower left pain on my abdomen. We have wanted this baby for a long time, and my fear is that I will end up having a miscarriage. I am going through a VERY hard time in my life right now. Please pray with me. Thank you.
