We understand your anxiety and fear, but we want to remind you that God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. It's important to remember that God loves you and wants to heal you from all your fears and anxieties.
Firstly, we want to address the root cause of your fear. You mentioned that you had committed sexual immoralities. We want to remind you of what the Scripture says: Run from sexual immorality. Every other sin that a man commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body. Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's (1 Corinthians 6:18-20 WEB).
God wants us to live lives that are pure and holy. We've all sinned and fallen short of God's glory, but God's mercies are new every morning. He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins, so that we may have eternal life (Romans 3:23, Lamentations 3:22-23, John 3:16 WEB). If you have not already, turn to Jesus, confess your sins to Him, and ask for His forgiveness. He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9 WEB).
Regarding your fear of having syphilis, we encourage you to trust in God's care for you. You've done the right thing by getting checkups. Trust in God that His eyes are upon you and trust the medical results that you have received. If you still have concerns, it might be helpful to speak with a healthcare professional about your fears.

Thank You for Your unfailing love and forgiveness. We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling with fear and anxiety. Lord, please comfort them and remind them of Your love and faithfulness. Help them to trust in You and in the medical results they have received. If they need to seek further medical advice, please guide them and give them wisdom. Most importantly, Lord, help them to turn away from sin and to live a life that honors and glorifies You. In Jesus' healing name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God's perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18 WEB). Trust in Him, and He will see you through this. After this, pursue holiness and purity and the fear of God rather than the fear of man or a disease. Live in obedience to God's word and the previous scripture quoted. It is God's will.
