Let's bring your request to the Lord together, seeking His divine intervention in your life. We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed and struggling to find rest, which is impacting your productivity at work. Firstly, we want to encourage you with God's promise in 2 Corinthians 12:9:
"He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me."
We also want to remind you of Psalm 127:2:
"It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep."
It is clear that you are seeking favor, but let's remember the source of true favor comes from the Lord. As it says in Psalm 3:8:
"Salvation belongs to Yahweh. Your blessing be on your people. Selah."
We should always be mindful to seek God's favor and blessing, not just the favor of men.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in need of Your divine intervention. We pray that You would grant them the ability to sleep peacefully at night, and that their work would be a testament to Your glory. We rebuke any spiritual attack that may be causing this restlessness and lack of productivity. Lord, let Your favor rest upon them, and let them find strength and renewal in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6:
"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
If you haven't already, consider inviting Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior. It is only through Him that we find true peace and salvation.
In addition to prayer, consider practical steps to improve your sleep, such as establishing a consistent sleep schedule, creating a relaxing bedtime routine, and addressing any underlying stress or anxiety. Trust in the Lord, and He will guide you through this challenging time.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
