We hear your heart crying out for the favor and inheritance of the Lord to be made manifest in your life, for a great and stable career and for a safe and secret dwelling place under the protection of the blood of Jesus, and we join together with you to seek God's will in Jesus' name.

We want to gently encourage you and also bring correction where it is needed in love, because we care for your spiritual growth. We notice you speak of having earned favor and of speaking life into existence a hundred fold. Scripture teaches us that favor with God is not earned by our declarations or our works, but is given by His grace through faith in Jesus Christ. Eph 2:8-9 says for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast. And James 4:6 says God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble. Our words do have power to encourage and to speak truth, but we do not create reality by our own declarations as if we can command God. Rather we humbly submit to His sovereign will and trust Him to provide according to His wisdom and goodness. James 1:17 reminds us every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights.

You mentioned Deut 28:13 which says Yahweh will make you the head, and not the tail; and you will be above only, and you will not be beneath; if you listen to the commandments of Yahweh your God, which we command you today, to observe and to do them. We love that you are holding onto God's promises, and we want to remind you that this promise in Deuteronomy was given in the context of obedience and covenant faithfulness to the Lord, not as a formula to be loosened or used as an incantation, but as an assurance that when we walk in His ways He will lift us up in His timing.

We also rejoice that you have claimed the blood of Jesus for protection, for there is true refuge in Him. Psalm 91:1 says He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. And Psalm 32:7 says You are my hiding place. You will preserve me from trouble. We do not need to strive for secret success in our own strength, but we can rest knowing that God sees what is done in secret and rewards faithfulness. Prov 10:22 says Yahweh's blessing brings wealth, and he adds no trouble to it. And Col 3:23 reminds us whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men.

Your inheritance in the Lord is real and secure, not because you have highly earned it, but because you are in Christ. 1 Pet 1:4 speaks of an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in Heaven for you. Eph 1:11 says we were also assigned an inheritance, having been foreordained according to the purpose of him who does all things after the counsel of his will.

So we pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we thank You for Your grace and mercy. We thank You that it is only through the blood of Jesus that we have access to Your throne and that we are called Your children. We lift up this dear one to You and ask that You align their heart fully with Your will. Forgive any striving to earn what You freely give, and teach them to walk in humble obedience and trust. We ask that You provide a good and stable career that honors You, that You establish the work of their hands and let it be fruitful and lasting for Your glory. Provide a safe home and a place of dwelling that is protected by Your hand, a place of peace and rest in a good location where they can grow and serve You. Cover them with Your presence as their secret place and shelter them from all harm. Let Your favor rest upon them not as something earned but as Your loving kindness poured out on those who seek You first. Help them to speak words of faith that agree with Your Word, not to manipulate outcomes but to declare trust in Your promises. We ask that Your will be done in their life and that they may experience the fullness of Your inheritance in Christ with joy and contentment. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek Him daily, to remain diligent and faithful in your work, to pray for wisdom, and to rest in the assurance that God who sees you in secret will provide for all your needs according to His riches in glory.

We were so encouraged to read your thanksgiving. It is a beautiful thing to pause and name God's kindness when you see His hand in your work and in providing a safe place to live. We rejoice with you in that gratitude and in the sense of being protected and provided for.

We hear how much this career and home mean to you, and how you want them to be steady and lasting. As you give thanks, it can also be a good time to quietly steward what God has entrusted to you. One gentle next step we have found helpful is to take a little time to reflect on how your interests, talents, values, and skills are lining up with this work, and to talk that through with a trusted pastor or mentor who knows you well. That kind of wise counsel and community can help you make faithful decisions for the long term and keep you grounded as you move forward, both in your vocation and in establishing your home.

We are praying for you to have wisdom, peace, and continued stability as you walk this next season.

Father, thank You for the good gifts You have given and for the gratitude in this heart. We ask You to keep guiding and establishing the work of these hands and to provide a safe, stable home. Give wisdom for each decision ahead and a deep sense of Your nearness and care. In Jesus' name, amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. We have heard your earnest cry for favor, for a secure home, for provision and protection under the blood of Christ, and we have brought your request before the throne of grace.

It is right to desire the favor of God, for the favor of God is the hope of all His people. Yet Scripture teaches us that this favor is not earned by our own merit or striving, but is freely given through the sweet savor of the Lord Jesus Christ. His merits alone are holy and purely offered unto God, and through Him the Father accepts the persons of His people. There is no foundation upon which we can build so as to secure the blessings of eternal salvation but Jesus Christ, the Crucified, and the only way to build upon that foundation is by simple trust in Him. Your inheritance, therefore, is not first a career or a location, but Christ Himself, and all that is graciously given to you in Him by Divine Grace.

You have quoted the words, I am the head and not the tail, from Deuteronomy 28. That promise was given under the covenant to Israel, and we must read it with reverence for Divine Sovereignty, remembering that there is no attribute of God more comforting to His children than this, that He reigns and does all things according to His wise and loving will. The Lord does indeed delight to show favor to the objects of His choice, and when He turns in a way of grace to His people He comes most heartily and richly to display His love. But His favor is shown not always in outward abundance, but in conformity to Christ, in peace of conscience, in strength for trials, and in the assurance that His shield goes before His people and His hand clears the way.

We also hear your desire for a secret and protected place to dwell and for success in your work. Divine interpositions do come in the way of deliverance from floods of trouble, and we have all known remarkable preservations which, though not miraculous, are full of wonder. The Lord is able to provide shelter and daily bread, and to establish the work of your hands. Our prayer is not that you would have favor as something earned, for we feel our unworthiness to be permitted to say we are consecrated to Christ, yet by His blood we are accepted. So we ask that you would know that acceptance more deeply.

Our prayer for you is this, that you would know the Divine Presence as your one great hope, that you would be found in Christ and clothed in His righteousness, that the Lord would in His sovereignty grant you honest work and faithful stewardship in your career, that He would provide for you a safe dwelling according to His will, and keep you under the true covering of the atonement of Jesus, not as a charm but as the precious reality that your sins were laid on Him. May He teach you to trust His provision whether in abundance or in need, and to seek first His kingdom. May the Lord thrust out fear before you and give you grace to walk in obedience to His Word, and may your entrance into the joy of your Lord be bestowed upon you according to the Divine Grace which is in Christ Jesus.

We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ alone, our only Savior, through whose blood we have forgiveness, freedom and favor. Amen.

Your heartfelt desire for God's favor, provision, and protection has been heard and brought before the Lord in prayer.

Scripture teaches that true favor is not something we earn or speak into existence by our own words, and it is not given because of human flattery or effort to show favor. As the gospel shows, the knowledge of Christ is revealed by the Father, and our standing before God comes as a gift of His grace through Jesus Christ alone. Your inheritance in the Lord is first and foremost this, forgiveness, adoption as His child, and eternal life through the blood of Jesus, and from that all other blessings flow according to His wisdom.

You mentioned Deuteronomy 28:13, that you will be the head and not the tail. In its context that promise was given to Israel with a call to walk in obedience to God's commands, not as a verse to loosen or claim as an incantation, but as an encouragement to trust and obey Him. God does desire to bless the work of your hands, yet the greatest success is not found in a secret career or hidden prosperity, but in a faithful life lived for virtue's sake and for the common good.

Therefore we have prayed that God, in His mercy, would guide your career and establish the work He has given you to do. We have asked that He would grant you diligence and not allow you to grow torpid in pursuing what is good, but that you would labor faithfully for a little while with an eye toward the perpetual and imperishable crown that Christ gives. Whatever talent you have been given, whether in work, in skill, or in resources, we prayed that you would be able to use it not only for yourself but for your neighbor's advantage, for protection of the vulnerable, for help to those in need, and for the building up of others. In this way wealth and work and influence are used as God loves, without abusing the world, but using it with thankfulness and self control.

We have also prayed for your request for a home and a safe place to live. We asked the Lord to provide for your daily needs, to grant you a stable dwelling in a good location according to His will, and to cover you with His protection through the blood of Jesus shed for you. Our prayer is not for secrecy for its own sake, but for true security in Christ, that you would know you are kept by Him wherever you dwell.

May the Lord grant you contentment in Christ, faithfulness in your calling, and a deep confidence that you are already highly favored in Him, not because of earned favor but because you are His. May He lead you to seek first His kingdom, to walk in obedience, and to steward all He provides for His glory.

We will continue to pray that God gives you wisdom in your career, provision for a home, and His keeping presence each day.
