FAvorable treatment from the principal, the colleague that makes working schedules, and all other authorities and important people in the school and administrative workers, genitors, and cleaning ladies.
Special favor from the principal, understanding for me and me living far from the working place and without car and my gastric issues and diet (gastritis).
Increased salary, in fact tripled salary, there are negotiations going between teacher union and the government. Most likely we will not accept miserable offer for raising of our salaries, the price of some products have been raised for 80% and they are offering us a raise of 2-6 %. Really undermining!! The same thing is going on for decades, our profession is really downgraded/demoted. Many of employees that have only high school (( they have 12 years of education, and we teachers have 16 or 17 years education)) in public institutions have even higher salaries than us. Also conductors/ticket controllers in the train have same or higher salary than us, nurses beginners have higher salary than me with 20 years of working in educational system.
We will probably go on strike. Pray that they will not trick us like couple times in the past, where we have with time lost our benefits from the contract with the government.
