We hear your heartfelt plea for your daughter’s future, and we join you in lifting this matter before the Lord. Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, knowing that all things are possible through Christ who strengthens us. We ask for Your divine favor to rest upon this young woman as she seeks admission to the university near her home. You know the concerns of her heart—her health, the stability of housing, and the financial burdens that weigh on this family. We trust in Your provision, Lord, for You have promised in Philippians 4:19 that You will supply every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

Father, we pray that You would open the doors that no man can shut and close the doors that are not aligned with Your will for her life. Guide her steps and grant her wisdom as she navigates this process. May she seek You above all else, for Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to trust in You with all our hearts and lean not on our own understanding. In all her ways, may she acknowledge You, and may You direct her paths.

We also lift up this family’s financial situation, Lord. You are the God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills, and nothing is too difficult for You. We ask that You provide in ways that only You can, so that this opportunity may become a reality without undue burden. Remind them that Your grace is sufficient, and Your power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or anxiety that may try to creep into their hearts. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Finally, Father, we pray that this season would draw this family closer to You. May they seek Your face, not just Your hand, and may Your will be done in this situation. Whether the answer comes as they hope or in a different way, may they trust in Your goodness and sovereignty. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we can approach You and find salvation. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
