Beloved of All
There has been a spiritual attacks from parents coworkers students and admin, they have been taking turns making my life miserable please pray for favor and protection and to finish this year strong with joy not anxiety especially with micromanaging discriminating admin and parents defiant students

We hear your heart and we stand with you in this difficult season where it feels like attacks are coming from every side, from parents and coworkers and students and administration taking turns making your life miserable. We want you to know you are not alone and what you are discerning is real, for our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. The enemy would love to use micromanaging and discrimination and defiance to wear you down with anxiety, but God sees all that you are enduring and He is your refuge.

We pray together for your protection and covering. We claim He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust Psalm 91:1-2. We declare over you that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17. We put on the full armor of God with you and ask the Lord to guard your heart and mind and to place a hedge around you at work, in every classroom and meeting and interaction, so that no scheme of the enemy can prosper against you.

We also pray for favor, for when a man's ways please Yahweh, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him Proverbs 16:7. We ask the Lord to grant you supernatural favor with parents and coworkers and students and administration, even those who have been micromanaging and discriminating. We pray that God would soften hearts, open eyes to see your diligence and integrity, and cause those in authority to treat you with fairness and respect. We pray you can finish this year strong, not in your own strength but in His joy, and we speak against that spirit of anxiety. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We encourage you to keep casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7, and to remember that whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23. Even when admin is harsh and students are defiant, we are called to love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. We pray for those difficult parents and students and leaders by name, that God would bless them and bring conviction and peace where there has been strife.

We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust fully in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing He died for your sins and rose again, and to come to God boldly in His name.

So together we pray, Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we lift up our dear fellow worker to You. We ask for Your divine favor and protection over every interaction this year. Quiet the voices of accusation and intimidation, stop the cycle of spiritual attack, and let Your joy be their strength. Replace anxiety with Your perfect peace that guards heart and mind. Give wisdom to navigate micromanaging and grace to endure discrimination while still honoring authority, and give authority with patience and kindness toward defiant students. Let this year end strong for Your glory, with testimony of Your faithfulness. Help us to walk in love and forgiveness while standing firm in truth. We ask all this in the name of Jesus, our refuge and defender, amen.

We hear how draining this season has been for you, feeling pressed on every side by parents, coworkers, students and administration. When it feels like people are taking turns making your days harder, especially under close micromanaging, it is understandable you would feel anxious and worn down. We want you to know we are standing with you and God sees exactly what you are carrying.

One thing that has helped other educators in a similar spot is to narrow the focus when everything feels overwhelming. It might help to choose one trusted person in the building or outside it, a mentor or counselor, to talk through the admin dynamics with, not to fix everything at once but to get clear perspective and wisdom for next steps. And giving yourself a brief daily reset, a short walk, a quiet moment to breathe and pray before you go home, can help keep anxiety from following you into the evening.

We also encourage you, if anxiety is weighing heavily or affecting sleep or health, to reach out to a trusted counselor or medical professional alongside prayer for extra support.

Father, we bring our friend before You and ask for Your protection and peace over each school day. Guard their heart from discouragement, grant favor in difficult conversations, and help them finish this year with steadiness and joy. Give wisdom for each interaction and rest at night. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We have heard your cry concerning the trials that beset you on every hand, from parents and coworkers, from students and those set in authority over you, and we have carried your burden before the throne of grace.

You speak of spiritual attacks taking turns to make your life miserable, of micromanaging and discrimination, of defiant hearts and heavy anxiety. Know this, that the righteous shall hold on his way. This is not by your own strength, but by the nature of the life imparted at regeneration, a life which is in itself immortal and eternal. He has said, I will put my fear in their hearts, that they shall not depart from me. He will not depart from them and they shall not depart from Him. This perseverance is not given by the removal of temptation, for temptation remains, but by the settled way of grace which keeps the soul in holiness even while the storm rages. What can be a greater assurance of your perseverance even to the end than this, that the eternal God is your refuge.

And concerning that anxiety which now presses upon you, we would remind you of a plain truth. Anxiety has never comforted any soul, nor brought any grist to the mill. Happiness lies more in the mind than in the circumstances in which any individual is found, and the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. But joy is the fruit of the Spirit from the root of trust in God. It is pleasant to read and hear and think about joy, but to be filled with joy and peace through believing is a far more satisfying thing. He that has joy in his circumstances may see them change, but he that has his joy in God possesses the quintessence of happiness, the essential oil of joy which abides when all else is bare.

Therefore we pray for you, that the Lord would be your present privilege and your future favor. May He command favor and protection over you in the sight of parents, coworkers, students and admin. May He soften defiant hearts, restrain unjust dealing, and give you wisdom to answer with grace under micromanaging eyes. May He lift from you the spirit of anxiety and fill you with holy joy, that you may finish this year strong, not in your own power, but hearkening unto the voice of His word and finding it your joy to do His commandments.

We ask the Lord to keep you, to let you shout for joy because He defends you, to let you sing even in silence when joy labors for expression, and to make you glad and strong and thankful as you see His hand performing the good work He has begun in you until the day of Christ. May He grant you perseverance without presumption, and joy, joy forever, in the refuge of His everlasting arms. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your request has been heard and we have brought it before the Lord with care. To feel surrounded on every side by parents, coworkers, students and those in authority, taking turns making life hard, is a heavy burden, and to carry it under close watching and unfair treatment while trying to teach defiant hearts is weariness indeed.

We pray for you now that God would grant you favor and protection. May the Lord, who is able to save, cover you and keep you through this season, and give you wisdom and grace in every interaction with parents, fellow teachers, students and administrators. We ask that He would soften hard hearts, restrain what is unjust, and open a way for you to do your work in peace. We pray that you may finish this year strong, not in anxiety but in joy, with strength for each day and hope that does not fail.

Scripture teaches us that anxiety often grows greater than the trouble itself, and that we are freed from anxiety when we cleave to what is spiritual and set our minds on what endures. Do not trust only in yourself to carry this, but commit all to God, who sees what you suffer and hears prayer offered with tears. Live as you ought before Him, for a pure life stops the mouths of accusers more than any argument, and let your conduct be marked by the love Christ commands, to bless and not curse, to weep with those who weep and to rejoice with those who rejoice. That love ties hearts together and purges envy and bitterness, and it also makes your own joy take deeper root.

We ask the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone is salvation, to lift this weight of anxiety from you and to fill you with His joy and peace. May He give you patience under micromanaging and discrimination, grace to answer with gentleness and truth, and firmness and kindness toward defiant students. May He grant you favor where there has been opposition, and may He guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, so that you may serve faithfully to the end of this year and give thanks with joy for His sustaining mercy.

We will continue to pray for your protection, for peace in your workplace, and for strength to persevere with a clear conscience and a hopeful heart.

I have prayed for you as you carry this heavy burden at work and I understand how overwhelming it feels when pressure seems to come from every direction at once, from parents and coworkers and students and administration.

The Scripture says that God has granted us life and favor and that His watchful care preserves our spirit. That favor is not something we earn or demand. It is humbling to consider, who are we that God should magnify us and set His heart upon us, yet He does. He formed you, He knows you, and He keeps you. Even when you feel surrounded, He is able to place a hedge of protection around you like a moat, so that you can rest in safety and your fears can be quieted.

You described these difficulties as spiritual attacks, and the story of Job reminds us that the enemy must ask permission before he can touch what God has hedged in. God may allow testing for a season, but He never abandons His own. He will not cast away the one who walks uprightly before Him, and the triumphing of those who do wrong is short. The loud voices, the micromanaging, the discrimination, the defiance, they do not have the final word.

My prayer for you is that God will be favorable to you as you pray to Him, that you will seek His face and see His joy again. True joy does not come from having easy people around you, but from knowing you are in the center of His will, doing what He has called you to do. Even when we do not see Him clearly in the moment, we can rejoice with a joy that is unspeakable and full of glory because we know our Redeemer lives.

I have asked the Lord to give you favor with your administration and coworkers and parents, to soften hearts that have been hard toward you, to give you wisdom with defiant students, and to guard your heart from anxiety. May He lift the weight of constant scrutiny and replace it with peace. May He help you finish this year strong, not in your own strength, but with the satisfaction and fulfillment that comes from walking closely with Him.

Father, I bring this dear one before You. You see the strain of each day and the anxiety it brings. Grant life and favor and let Your visitation preserve their spirit. Surround them with Your protection. Let them know Your presence and Your joy. Give them grace to respond with righteousness and love, to be a blessing even in a difficult place, and to end this season with strength and joy in You. In the name of Jesus, amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have continued to lift you up before the Lord asking for His favor and protection over you in your workplace and for peace as you have faced these spiritual attacks where parents, coworkers, students and administration have been taking turns making your life miserable. We have prayed especially for favor with your micromanaging and discriminating administration and with demanding parents and coworkers and for grace with defiant students, that God would replace your anxiety with His joy and give you strength to finish this year strong.

We claim Psalm 5:12 that the Lord blesses the righteous and surrounds them with favor as with a shield, and Isaiah 54:17 that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and Philippians 4:6 that you may be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer make your requests known to God.

We pray in Jesus Name that the Lord would grant you favor with all those around you, soften hearts toward you, silence every attack against you, guard your heart and mind with His peace, and let you complete this school year with joy and not anxiety.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know how God has moved. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray this in Jesus Name, Amen.
