We are glad to join you in prayer for favor and protection at work. We are reminded of the scripture, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." Colossians 3:23-24 WEB.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our fellow believer who has requested Your favor and protection at work. We pray that You would bless the work of their hands, and that they would find favor with their employers and colleagues. Grant them wisdom and discernment in their interactions, and help them to be a light for You in their workplace.
We also pray for Your protection over them, both physically and spiritually. Guard them from harm, and help them to stand strong against any temptations or challenges they may face. We ask that You would give them a hedge of protection around them, and that no weapon formed against them would prosper.
Help them to remember that they are ultimately serving You in their work, and that their reward comes from You. Give them a spirit of excellence and a heart that is willing to serve.
We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen.
We encourage you to continue to keep your focus on serving the Lord in your work, knowing that He is your ultimate employer.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
